This place is dreadful specially the Pharmaceutical part non customer service, no Empathy what so ever now they close at 6pm in weekends when most people look forward to going and getting their prescriptions vs the weekdays.. the rudest pharmacist and techs you can encounter.

This is by far, the Worst pharmacy. Long wait in their drive through, even though it has only one or two cars. Oh, and they could care less.

This is my local Walgreens and I often come to get last min toiletries. This location seems organized and stocked well. The sales employees are a hit or miss so if you are lucky you will get good service. The pharmacy seems to always be a mess and never have the medication ready on time.

It's like the pharmacy wants me to die. They lie about filling prescriptions on a regular basis saying "yes we will fill it for you" when the medicine isn't even in stock. I rely on my daily meds and I couldn't stress that enough. Not only do the lie but good luck getting them on the phone as well. This pharmacy is the most irresponsible pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. If you rely on your meds AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Possible the worse pharmacy ever and they tell you a time and then make you wait another 20 minutes after the time. Everyone on their cellphone and not wanting to help anyone and will be contacting corporate

Not my favorite store but convenient to go to. They have all the typical stuff one would find in the store. I stopped getting my meds at this store because the pharmacy department was so rude and long in line that I could not deal with the attitudes as well. So I go elsewhere to fill my prescriptions with zero stress and I would travel extra for a better vibe. Today I went in to look for a hair product that I use, but they did not have the brand so I left. They do however have some good prices on vitamins if you use this. Parking is ample.

Got a confirmation email to get Covid test at this Walgreens location, with specific instructions. I arrived and they said they were no longer administering Covid tests. Why send me the confirmation? The pharmacy person was rude to boot. It's not just this location. Walgreens overall is totally disorganized, sloppy, understaffed and nasty to customers. I'll be switching to CVS.

I know a lot of people can't stand waiting in line, that's why I walk inside if there are more than 2 cars. Beyond thankful for the Pharmacist, Rachel. Today I went and not 1 car was in line (same experience the last 2 times. I make sure to go during slow hours on purpose). Rachel thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and more. She was patient, polite and I am SO glad this location hired an A+ pharmacist like her. She even told me to feel free to come back and follow up with her. She made my day so much less stressful, she deserves 5 stars

My husband dropped off a prescription at 2 pm today, he went to the drugstore Over 3 times. Every time, they said com back later. When I found this out I called right away.. at 8 pm, 4 hours later. Btw, it was only Ibuprofen, and amoxicillin. No big deal. But he is in a lot of pain, and also has a heart murmur, after dental surgery, antibiotics are crucial. The lady who assisted me could not care less. She said the reason that The prescription was not ready, was do to a miss filing of the insurance. every time they went to pull up the insurance, it got kicked back because we pay cash. we don't have insurance. .? why didn't Walgreens call us up and tell us there was a problem with insurance? Further more, she said she would fill it later, and if not today, then tomorrow. I Did explain earlier that my husband has a more heart murmur and needs his prescriptions tonight.. she said wait for a text message and then come on in. But she said she could not guarantee availability, it was only ibuprofen and amoxicillin, what is this world coming to??

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Be prepared for very long wait times with no acknowledgement that your waiting in line. The norm with this Walgreens is a ridiculous long wait and they seem unhappy and understaffed. This was not always the case; it just got worst over the years.

The slowest place i have even been too! I pulled into the drive threw to pick up my prescription. I pulled in at 6:47 I was 2 cars back & it is now 7:15! It's not just Friday. They are this slow whether it's Tuesday, Sunday morning while church is still in season, it doesn't matter & i feel that they don't care. They also don't ask you if you have any questions in reference to your prescription medications. Finally 7:16 i make it to the window. As i can see, ALL of the staff in the pharmacy need to learn time management. Running around confused. Pulling and putting back the same prescriptions in confusion. After this, I'm doing myself a favor and switching pharmacies as well as doing them the favor of one less customer since they can't handle a 5-10 people rush inside & outside! 7:18 and i still haven't been acknowledged. This place is sad

This is an older formatted Walgreens that was built from the ground up. So, it's a completely different layout than the ones built within the past five years or so. I needed to pick up a prescription and this is not my regular location. I explained the situation to the pharmacist on duty and it went a lot easier than I thought. I told him I would wait and walked around the store. In literally 3 minutes or less my name was called and I was on my way. Great customer service and when speaking with the pharmacist it was obvious he was empathetic to my situation.
