Fantastic customer service! Giving is awesome! She assisted me with getting my bank card replaced and also took the time to show me how to use the phone pay method like the younger generation. Thank you Gigi!

Is it that hard to install a second ATM machine, after all the nearby branches closing, this branch manages with a single drive through ATM. Only two options to withdraw money: 1) is waiting inside for a single cashier, or 2) the drive through single ATM. Be prepared to wait for accessing your hard earned cash. I would imagine even a freestanding ATM at the lobby could relieve this issue, but making sense of things is no longer a priority. Sadly too many long lines, are making me reconsider this 20 plus year relationship.

I have been a customer since 1996 or 1997. I live in Tennessee but I am in Florida dealing with some health issues my wife has. We needed a statement print out for the past year for tax purposes.
I walked into the Cooper City Branch on Hiatus Road and Sheridan Street and sat down in the lobby since all of the tellers and advisors were busy.
About 5 minutes later an advisor came out of a meeting for a moment and asked what we needed. I told her and she told me that I needed to check with the teller and see if any appointments were available.
I waited a few more minutes for the teller and explained what I needed. She then told me the I would need to schedule an appointment online.
Horrible customer service. Yet another reason that I am looking for a new bank.

Located in a strip mall off Sheridan Street in Cooper City, this newly remodeled Wells Fargo bank looks nothing like it's former self. While the previous version of this bank had a large area for many walk in windows, the new one has 2 maybe 3 total. This could definitely cause a line to form on a busy day. Staff is usually friendly and attentive. Drive thrus are small and definitely require care when going through to the ATM.

I've used this location for years, basically since it opened & I've never been disappointed by the service they provide. It's fairly convenient to access, the size is perfect to accommodate a crowd & the employees are usually friendly. There's more than enough space in the surrounding parking lot & it's kept tidy, as you would expect from a "big four" bank. They have an ATM in the drive thru line which makes it convenient to access without having to even get out of your car. I don't go inside often but any time I've ever needed to it's stress-free. The customer service at this location is solid; they make you feel welcomed here. Not much else needs to be said other than this WF is a great one to have as your go-to. I noticed the bad reviews are a lot older & that may have been the case before but from my experience throughout the years I have absolutely no complaints. I don't see myself taking my business elsewhere any time soon because I've never felt the need to after all these years which speaks volumes.

If I could give a negative value I would. We were hacked and all our Credit Cards and Bank Accounts were compromised. The banks assured us they would look after getting the new bank information to the Auto Pay accounts with each bank. However, one credit card (NOT WELLS FARGO) did not process the information and we were not aware until we got a late notice from them. Wells Fargo did a credit report on us and because we had ONE late payment in the previous 2 year time period, which was not related to them in any way, they cut our credit limit in half. This cost us 20 points in our credit rating and encouraged at least two other credit card companies to call and ask us why Wells Fargo cut our limits. They accepted our story about being hacked etc. However, when I contacted Wells Fargo and tried to explain to them that it was a clerical error that caused this info to show on our Experian Report, they basically told us "Too Bad" and that we could reapply for an increase once the late payment was removed from our creit report. I escalated this complaint to the highest level of customer service available and the guy who called me last (Dana) was brusque and uncaring about our plight. The three levels before him were all polite and sympathetic, but NOT Dana. He did not want to hear what I had to say and was not interested in maintaining our business. I will be closing the account tomorrow after I transfer the balance to a new 0% credit card from a more reputable bank..This lack of care for indiscriminate errors by this bank is why they are one of the lowest-ranked banks in the country (if you check the ranking for British, Canadian, or European sources). They pay big money to be ranked in the top three banks in the US reports, but they only have to do that because the bank was originally created in the Wild West by the most disreputable bankers of the time and they have not changed the way they do business.

Recently I visited this location and I had the pleasure to work with Leon who helped me with an account. I did book an appointment and I was helped on time. Everything went smoothly and service was amazing! He answered all the question/concerns I had and helped me understand everything. Any transactions I always had to make went smoothly and so far I have yet to have an issue. Keep up the great work! This is my fav location.

I've been a account holder with Wells Fargo for a multitude of years, basically being my first credit and debit card and I have never had a problem with the company nor with this location in my life. I'm here once a week maybe more and I have never had a single problem with any of the electronics when it comes to the drive-through or any of the workers whether it is inside face to face or talking to them in the Drive-Thru. The location is very easy to get to and has a drive-thru ATM machine as well as three sections for you to pull in to make a deposit with their tubes. I always feel safe when I come to this location because it is very well lit and has a multitude of cameras all around the building keeping me safe as well. The workers here are very friendly and the hours are great, I am never in a rush to get to this location to be closing time because they are very helpful and making sure they can make Everybody's Day.
