This is a first after being with Wells Fargo for 25 years, Catherine Ponce refused to accept my $300.00 because it was a little wet in the Drive-through. She said it was policy. Not a problem, drove down the street to Wells Fargo at 1600 Sheridan Street, went through the drive-through and the same money was accepted into my account.

The worst bank in history do not go through the drive-through. You will be waiting for more than two hours, and if you’re the first one there, guess what then will not take care of you they will take care of someone else before you unbelievable and so unprofessional.

I’d like to shout out Abiola Bello-Dania for her incredible support on Friday. She helped me with several banking queries, including opening a new account with Wells Fargo. Very impressed with the level of service I received. I had several complex banking questions that she skillfully and clearly answered. She had a very positive and helpful demeanor. I never once felt rushed or like I didn’t understand what I was signing. She was extremely patient, thorough, kind, and funny too! She is a true banking professional. Thank you Abiola Bello-Dania.

The quality of customer service at this branch has going down over the last years. Now is unsustainable. The people who works at this branch are very unhappy with their jobs, they have zero interest in their customers, specially the employees behind the cubicles. It is easier to speak to the president of the bank that talk to the employees. They are always “busy” with their phones, they get upset if you look for them to ask questions. The answer is to complete your transaction online or set an appointment. Once you have the appointment you must wait over 30 minutes or whenever they are available for you. Their time is valuable not yours. Very unhappy with this branch. Moving to another bank.

Wells Fargo as a whole is one of the worst banks to have . I had them for 7+ years then they messed up a very important transaction for my car insurance making me miss my payment. I now have to pay my insurance and extra $1300 for missing my payment date, the payment was only supposed to be $546 and ending up costing $1846 because wells Fargo screwed me . Stick with Td bank or chase.

I'm getting so tired of this branch. Everytime I go in it's not smooth or quick. There's always a long line/wait but yet so many representatives behind the counter. The hours suck for 9-5 working people and super inconvenient.

Every time there is one teller only! They spent tons of money to renovate, but yet they continue to disrespect their customers with only ONE teller to help. The line goes from one end to the other and out the door,

Excessive wait time, every time, regardless of time of day. Particularly in the drive-through. Recently, there was just one car ahead of us, and we waited 20 minutes before driving away. And when it is my turn, just getting change can take 10 minutes. Efficiency must be improved to retain customers.

Very poorly served by an old man at the entrance who did not want to tell us his name or open the account because it took 1 hour and he wanted to stop for lunch since we had a shift. We have been Wells Fargo customers for a long time but without a doubt we are going to change. Customer service dropped a lot and especially in this branch

Where to begi, horrible customer servic. I walk in to send a wells fargo to wells Fargo wire. One of the bankers was open I asked if she could send the wire I had all information already filled out she shook me off said I have a appointment in 15 min plenty of time to send mine. Waited 45 min another banker finished with someone else I walked up and asked him he said I'm going on lunch break I told him now I had been waiting for 45-1hr he said as soon as they are done they will help you. Horrible customer service. Slow rude and poorly managed use a different location!

Absolutely horrible customer service who seem to like any skill set to deal with customers, customer service, or let alone the banking industry. Did the banks purposely hire people just to piss their customers off so they go to another customer or another bank? I hate to be critical, but these are absolutely buffoons that work here.

Been coming to this bank for years, staff always nice, only problem is hardly anyone working here anymore, slow to attend to people.
