I’m writing this again even though I made an complaint. The bank teller refused to change my bill because she thought it was counterfeit. She threatened to send the bill to the secret service & didn’t want to give me back my identification. I stated ok you can send them to my residence & keep the bill they know where I am at I’m not hiding because I know I am not guilty of anything. Secondly why would I freely give you my IDENTIFICATION & DEBIT CARD if I have a counterfeit bill. Like you don’t have a right to hold my IDENTIFICATION OR DEBIT CARD Then she gave me back it once I stated that. If she didn’t want to change it she could’ve just said I can’t accept this & that would’ve been a better answer I could’ve accepted. I couldn’t force her to change it because I respect her job but once she disrespected my freedom that was it. She know who she is & I hope she reads this.

Though the bank tellers are very friendly, the service is extremely slow and it appears understaffed as the lines and wait time are long.

This place has a new staff every two months. After 20 plus years of being a customer I can’t get any reliable relationship due to the short term and lack of knowledge of the employees. Looking for a new bank to bring my business.

I was having a huge problem with my account and went to 3 Wells Fargo and they where all no help I decided to give this location a shot and the person l Kristina joy smart was so amazing in no time got my account back and running and understood my whole problem while communicating with me and giving me exact details of what’s going on from now on this will be the location I go to

I am a long time customer of this branch and for the 1st time I had horrible service when trying to sit down and talk to someone. The guy did all he could to talk himself out of helping us and he was not even busy...we left and went to the young circle location and got great service. I whish I would have asked for his name but I forgot.

Worse office ever , even with a appointment there are long wait times for service to set up a checking ,savings or commerical transaction , my advice is go to another office

I made an appointment to get a checking account, the person who received me is called Eddie Bettega, NMLS ID: 1745596, since I arrived he was super rude and asked me for excessive documentation to open the account, I even had to bring my American passport even so He told me that it doesn't matter if I was an American citizen, because I was born in Cuba he couldn't open the account for me. He didn't even give me any further explanation, he was extremely rude, racist and I felt like a second class citizen. Ni siquiera me dio más explicación, fue extremadamente mal educado, racista y me sentí ciudadano de segunda categoría. En la sala de espera habían personas quejándose de los mismo.

I recently visited this facility because I applied for a credit card and their fraud department wanted me to go there and verify my identity. Although this is something that was inconvenient but I appreciate the fact that they insisted on it to make sure it was not fraud.As I walked in the place was somewhat empty, but there was two customers waiting to be serviced. Most of the tellers were not servicing any customers and their Premier customer advisor was also not busy as I could see. He came over and asked me why was I there, I explain to him the bank sent me over to identify myself. Before I could finish he proceed to tell me that they were only working by appointment only and that I could go to any other branch, basically the conversation was not friendly.Anyway , I decided to sit and wait, luckily another young man came over as soon as he finished with his client and asked to assist me. His persona was completely different and his name was Rauseo. He invited to his desk and helped me out.Basically had it not been for him, I was on the brink of calling the bank and say thanks but no thanks. I believe this so called Premier Advisor could have and should have done better in the way he treated me. The reality is that the whole time I was waiting, this guy on his mobile playing. The 5 star rating is only because of the young man.

Terrible service and attitude, I was waiting for 40 min for nothing 4 managers and 2 of them were free for 40 min playing with phone nobody didn't pay attention for customers who were waiting in the hallway never ever !!! Thanks God I didn't open an account with Wells Fargo
