I placed an online order... Sub and a sizzle barrito. I get there and the sub is made but the sizzle was not... I was directed to take one from the register hot box that was sitting there for god knows how long... I asked for a new burrito and the woman had attitude and was like it takes 15 min to make and I needed to get one from the front. She then went to her manager and he also was NOT helpful and had attitude. The burrito from the front was slimy and cold.
Absolutely unacceptable for a place that makes the food to order.

Wawa at Davie Road Extension, Store # 05193, offers an exceptional experience. Their breakfast and coffee are of high quality, and the staff maintains a positive demeanor, making each visit enjoyable. I value Donald's commitment to fresh coffee and the efforts of Donna, Atiya, Risha, and Shai in crafting sandwiches to my liking. The managers are equally professional, creating a hospitable ambiance. Of the Wawa locations I've visited, this one stands out as the best, providing a clean, welcoming environment and a focus on customer satisfaction. You guys are the best!

A Caucasian lady with blonde hair with bluish dye hair was absolutely rude when I approached her to let her know I placed an order in the kiosk but I no longer wanted it and didn’t want them making it and going to waste but her response was well you need to pay first and I was like no what I'm telling you is I no longer want to and didn't want you wasting time making it. She responded that’s what I asked in a very rude tone. I didn’t need to take my time to approach her to let her know but I did. Please educate yours and if your miserable with your job or life you need to do a personal self check and stop taking all your negative energy on others. Maybe you need a different job

I love this Wawa! Mateo was of so much help to me and my daughters. He was patient and helpful while I fumbled around with my stuff trying to find my card, and I just love the food and service here. Great Wawa.

Girls at the sandwich deli area standing around talking and not making the sandwiches while there were 5 people in line. When the order was ready they just left it there and never called anyone to let us know it was ready. Was standing around for 20 mins

Out of Cuban and Colombian coffee, the girl said to give her 5 minutes to make more coffee , 5 minutes later , no coffee , she didn’t start making any . The coffee they did have was cold .

Very bad attention from the person who prepares the smoothies, he made me a smoothie that I did not orderAnd it was caffeine, which I don't drink and the other shake was watered down, very poor quality in the preparation, I don't recommend it and when I complain to the person, he tells me to order another one if I don't like it, very bad manners and very bad behavior.

The store manager Vanessa is rude , racist don’t know how she still running the store , she treat customer like trash specially regular customer I talk by experience , you can tell she doesn’t like her job and is a fact , I callCorporate to present a formalAccusation about her and 1 of her employees. No one has contact me yet even though they put it as a priority , I request to talk with her DM , she told her employees to don’t allowed me to get in the store at this point don’t know why when she was the one offend me and mistreat me that day , I spend a lot of money in this location and I can proof that to receive this type of treat ???? Let me tellYou Vanessa this is America you can not be so disrespectful and get away with this . And guess what I will continue to go to the store and if you ever try to talk to me or do even a face I will call the police on you to show you some respect , we all are immigrants even you!!

I came here to grab some caffeine and decided on trying their Cheesy Bruschetta that was prepared on ciabatta bread, along with some mashed avocado as an extra I was willing to pay for. I also enjoyed my caramel macchiato here, but the guy who made it filled it up way too much. I had to wipe off the spill on the coffee essentials counter. For gas station food, it wasn't too bad. I took the other half of the sandwich home since it filled me up enough. This is also a very convenient location next to the Tire Kingdom while waiting for getting the flat tire fixed.
