Love the employees, very helpful and friendly. It's also one of the nicer Walgreens I've been to. I don't live in the area but it's always the Walgreens I choose to go to.

The store is impeccable however property management needs to get involved, there are tons of homeless and alcoholissues hanging out in the front of the store. It's uncomfortable especially being a woman walking in the store

They're my prescription and Photo place. Some of their stores ate 24hr pharmacy. Very convenient after an ER visit ?

It took me almost 3 hours to receive a simple vaccination at this Walgreens store, corner of University Drive and Davie Road Extension. During this time, we just had to sit and stare into space. The pharmacy was not crowded at all so it's hard to understand why the process took so long. The lady who dealt with us walked so slowly around the pharmacy area, in fact she did everything almost at a snail's pace. Customer service training as well as efficient operational practices are badly needed.

The pharmacy staff are not professional. They have lied to me the entire week about my prescription only for them to tell me that it’s unavailable. I got told “it’s not ready, it’ll be here today, we’ll update you, and we’ll check if it’s ready”. I had only one pill left and they told me that it’s unavailable so I had to buy the more expensive one. They have stressed me out.

Tried calling 1/13/24 around 11:20AM two times and was rudely hanged up by whoever is answering the calls. Why answer if you don’t intend of being what you’re being paid for? A customer service representative… Anyways, took my business elsewhere… I can see why Walgreens is starting to close offs stores nationally…
