Unconsidered, rude staff, specially the lady at the pharmacy. I received a text message that my son's prescription was ready 1 hour before they closed, and I wasn't advised that the pharmacy would close in 1 hour. I made it there just before they were about to close, there was a lady in front of me, and by the time she was done being helped, it was 2 mins past the time they were to close and so they wouldn't give me my 4 year old prescription! Frustration is an understatement I can say I feel at this moment! Bad people they are!! :(((

If I could give negative stars I would. Dropped off a prescription at noon. Was told it would be ready in 1 hour. Went back at 1:30. It wasn't ready and pharmacist is at lunch. If I was the boss the pharmacist would be FIRED.

I don't know why the ratings for this specific location are so low. This is my go-to Walgreens when I need to pick up items. The employees here are so friendly and always remember a face. They make conversation with you and are willing to help. I've always been able to find the items or products I need as they are always stocked. Not to mention, the store has always been pristine and clean and appears well-maintained.

In Walgreens Hollywood FL I don't like to go shopping because the cashier is a bit rude and they don't want to take the coupons if the store gives them it's to use them I don't understand

This is been my favorite store for years but now the new venezuelan manager is so rude she don't have any costumer service knowledge , she is the worse there the other manager a guy I don't know their names but he is Latin he is such a good person very respectful and kind ...not know how people can be in business like that ,very smart not wearing a name tag but I know who u are and I will complaint to higher levels from sure .

We entered the store at 11:55 pm to grab some diapers real quick and a tall man with a bald head (could have been a manager) yells out to the young girl at the register "they need to hurry up". He then rudely says on the intercom that they are closing in 5 minutes. Another couple walked in shortly after and she was advised by him to walk around the store and tell everyone that he is closing down the store at midnight. She came to us while we were looking for the diapers of our choice and told us twice that we need to hurry up because he's telling her he is not going to cash anyone out after midnight. We decided to leave without the diapers and go to a 24 hour cvs. We could literally hear them talking mess as we were leaving. Why even have the doors open, and allow us in, if you're going to harass everyone and kick us out? So unprofessional.

Horrible and unfriendly service. 8:30 ? m and it’s open. Coming from the Urgent care and the telling me to picking up tomorrow after 12 pm me medication. The doctor ny care! Goes more and more bad with their service. I will also complaining to me health insurance that this specific Walgreens is the biggest mistake in business. When the will close at 9 and not taking business still to this time, then the better bit working in the healthcare business.

I showed up five minutes before they close and they already had the doors locked. I could see one of the workers inside refused to open the door if your sign clearly states that you close at 12 AM the door should still be open till 12 AM.
