“I’m truly impressed with the service of all the staff, and how they care about our furry members! I have taken my cats and dogs there and my furry babies are extremely comfortable and happy whenever they visit the clinic.

Dr. Anna was so pleasant to answer all my questions, with examples and facts. She was very welcoming so the rest of the team.
If you are looking for a warm and welcoming clinic you find it. Because you can see the care of the Dr. Anna and the rest of the team when you see your furry babies coming out with the tail wiggling and happy smiles it’s truly something special.”

“Dr Levin is wonderful, honest doctor with good heart & super knowledgeable! His helpers are amazing as well. We have been with this doctor for 6 years and can't be happier. We used to go to 3 different hospitals but only Dr Levin treated her health issue after fort visit. The office is very clean & modern! The prices are much cheaper then we used to spend in other hospitals. Highly recommend this place!!”

“I’ve been dealing with this office for over 15 years. My old dog Taylor was coming here from the time she was 2 months old till we had to put her down over two years ago. The staff is friendly and caring. They always answer our questions and are extremely helpful. I decent got a new dog from a friend and had to transfer her info to them because of the trust I have for this staff. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.”

I just two weeks ago had to take my beloved Dachshund Duddy to be put to sleep He had been with Bob since we rescued him 14 years ago .The care and the compassion was totally beyond .I would not have let anyone else do that for him .JUST OUTSTANDING .”
“WOW! What an excellent idea. I went to pick up food for my dog at Pet Supplies Plus and brought my dog for the ride. While we were there, we saw this place. The girl who helped me was excellent. The vet was knowledgable and funny as can be. This was a much better option for basic care than my normal animal hospital.”

“Our Husky Maui has been with Banfield since she was 8 weeks old but yesterday experience with her nurse Ana has been the best for last 4 years we have been coming to Banfield. Ana was her nurse for first time yesterday, and she was exceptional. She was very detailed oriented and caring, going above and beyond and treating Maui with real compassion. “I visited with my dog late at night. The doctor that treated my dog was Dr. Kopp. My dog was sick and I was frantic, crying, sad when I came in. The receptionist, max, was kind and even came outside to wave me in so I knew where to enter the building. The tech that came in first to see my dog was incredibly kind and pretty much immediately knew what was wrong with the dog. Dr. Kopp was the kindest vet I have ever met. She seemed so knowledgeable and made multiple treatment plans for my dog. They immediately treated my dog and answered all my questions. They showed true compassion. The tech and dr were amazing. My mom was with me and was also impressed with the vet hospital. Some of the reviews for this place seem bad but I can only speak from my own experience which was perfect. If I have another pet emergency, I will take my dogs here. Thank you so much for treating my baby max.”
“The staff of this animal hospital accompanied us in the most gentle way for our Chouchou's last moments. They were so caring with him and gave us so many updates and even sent daily pictures. They gave us options to help us make the wisest decisions (emotionally and financially). They never pushed for more exams for financial reasons like some people have commented. They were amazing and we are reassured to know that our beloved family cat lived his last days in their company. Thank you so much LeadER AH for your love care and support ??❤️”
