I want to see what my dogs are Having done donot take them in the back and do everything. My dog is like my child. I would not allow a doctor to take my child in the back and not know what they're doing .

Unethical people. Should be ashamed to call themselves vets. Ultimately, it’s a dishonest and cruel business they’re running at this clinic. This has nothing to do with costs. I’ve adopted two animals and brought them there on two separate occasions for a complimentary check-up. For sure they do not have you or your animals best interest in mind. Go elsewhere. Another VCA or, better yet, a local vet (non vca).

This is the best place to treat your pet. The staff is polite and makes you and your furry one feel like home.

Was less than thrilled with my experience. It's important to read other reviews, sometimes I forget and end up with a negative experience.1. When we're you going to call me with the test results you just charged me over $100 to perform ? Going on five days with no call ? This is not customer service. Had to wait a long time in the exam room as well, even tough it was empty. I feel like I was ripped off and provided sub par customer service. Bottom line I won't be back and can not recommend you do either.

Honestly, I never liked these vet hospitals that are everywhere.. my whole life I went to a local animal hospital and when my vet passed we had to look elsewhere...We adopted Deepak from the local humane society and he came with 250 credit 2 days later, he got sick..we took him here ..And they blew us awayDr McArthur and her crew are amazing.. and so patient with our boy who was rescued from a hoarding house, so he doesn't trust anyone. These girls truly are amazing and you can tell they're in it for the right reasons..Thank you! We have been back 3 times since and each time is better and better. Deepak is opening up, and getting healthier...

I took my pet here for many years and when she was at the end, VCA was no where to be found. They are a for profit business who will treat your animal like a piggy bank. Expensive appointments, expensive medications, expensive toll on my achy heart

Will never come back here ever again. Do not waste your time or your money! The lack of compassion & professionalism is appalling! I am disgusted with the whole way this situation was dealt with & my dog is dead. They only care about money!!They kept him because they had other appointments & when I was called by the vet she insisted that I have all these tests done because she "would do it if it was her dog". When I came to pick him up at the end of the day he looked worse than when I brought him in. When she finally came to speak to me she read off of a paper & when I asked her to explain she looked at me like I was an idiot & said "what I just told you." I am not a vet, I am not a doctor I did not understand. She finally told me she was worried it could be a mass but it wasn't which was a good thing. When I asked her what else it could be she had to think about it before saying it could be an infection. Which I already thought when I googled his symptoms. But they wouldn't know until the tests came back from the lab. The next day my dog could not move, had no appetite, & would go to the bathroom all over himself. I had to carry him to get him around. When I called them they said they would call me back. A couple of hours later my dog is in the same condition & I finally get a call. I spoke to a different vet & he was "passing on a message" from the vet appointed to my dog. She thought that I should take him to an emergency vet to have further tests run. I was not told the results of the tests that I already spent $2000 on. My dog was suffering, & I had no answers. When I expressed my frustration I was brushed off. Eventually I was called back by the vet on his case & she finally told me he had cancer. Which the other vet I spoke to already knew but didn't tell me. They prescribed him medicine for his appetite but they could no longer help me. I wanted to speak to the manager because of how this whole ordeal was dealt with & I was never called back. Obviously me & my dog were not important enough to be given the time of day. He died 3 days later. I can only hope for the sake of your other patients you change your behavior accordingly & they don't have to experience what I did. It is clear greed is the only thing that matters here. I'm sure there are other vets out there that actually care about animals so do yourself a favor & go to them. I wish I would have.

I’m new to this location and the Dr and staff are great!! Small personable office compared to other VCA’s that are just a constant turnover of Dr’s and staff. The staff here were so friendly, helpful, and made my cats and myself feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them!!

I saw the owner's car. Now I understand why the prices are so expensive! If only the costs reflected the care they provided. We are in Florida people! There are SO MANY better options for your beloved pets!

I love my cats, and they love people. Except the vet here! They showed no compassion for the care of my animals. They did show compassion for one thing, my credit card! They made sure to take that before even looking at my poor cats!

Dr. Ley is extremely compassionate, as is the rest of the staff. Rachel and Raven also deserve special mention. This clinic made me feel like my pet was almost as special to them as she was to me. In the end, my girl was too ill to pull through, but the doctors and staff always went above and beyond to do their very best for her.

There are only so many ways you can say that a business is wonderful. However, wonderful doesn't come close to describing how nice these people were to my doggy and me. Everybody minds when they have to give away there hard earned money for services. But, when we see that we give it to people who work hard for you and your pet, we really don't mind that much. I highly recommend this office and feel they went far out of their way to assist us in our time of need, which is not something we see on a daily basis.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have a great program that’s I think called wellness and it really helps with the expenses so I’m happy they offer that. Overall my dog left it great health and happy so I’m happy. Only thing is I wish I knew it would of taken a while like 2 hours I would of prepared myself for the wait.

I brought my dog here for over 15 years. Their prices are ridiculous and they will charge you for every tiny thing, even tests that you did not give your permission for. Worst of all, they only care about their business, not the pets themselves.Three months ago, I woke up to my elderly dog having seizures. I called VCA immediately since this is where I had been taking her for the entire 15 years of her life. When I called and told them what was happening (an emergency) they said they were booked. My dog ended up passing away that day at a random animal hospital where the staff/vet was 1000 times kinder.
