Worst automated phone system in the universe. I drove to the local post office on Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood FL, yesterday, Wed 6/26/24, only to find that the office was down for 'technical' reasons. I tried to call to see if they were open today only to listen to a robot for about 30 minutes without getting an answer. Very frustrating!! Very poor phone service; actually amounted to no phone service and I was never able to find out if this office was open today!!!!!

The parking is BEHIND THE BUILDING! So, if your navigation brings you to the entrance from Hollywood blvd keep in mind there are no parking from that side.

The guy on the counter was super nice. Told me some stories when he was working in New Jersey for the Post Office while weighing and printing the receipt... A+ for the service... the parking is on the back street in case somebody is going and thinks there's no parking.

Discussing people in front desk!! Go some else!! March 2nd 5:30pm!! Managers take actions I was mistreated by the front desk girl who rudely asked me if I was in line and when I answered “yes” she said NOT you wasn’t!! Cmon who you think you are! Why we need to accept stuff like that we are paying for the services this isn’t free!!

Ditto to all the reviews below me. Went this morning, Saturday 1/14/23, literally 1 customer in line and I said good morning, where can I drop off my envelopes. This girl never addressed me, never responded. I did not respond to her rude attitude and instead went in line to give her my already stamped envelopes.. she again was rude and slammed my stuff when I walked away. I was never rude or said anything to her to address her rude attitude. LIKE WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE. I DONT UNDERSTAND.
