Absolutely appalled by the way this post office is being operated. I waited from 8:30 am to 10 to get one piece of held mail. Supervisor needs to be fired for his appalling attitude. Gave me the run around and said mail does not get sorted until 9am then said just be a informed delivery says it’s there doesn’t necessarily mean it’s there. And to top the cake with icing this unprofessional woman working in the front whom i was shocked how she dealt with me be upset for the way things were being handle with such a small situation. And only for her to call the police on me the supervisor came out stating to police she’s not gonna rush my employees for one piece of mail. Assuming that I called the police , only to be surprised when he realized miss attitude working in the front is the one called the police. 2 seconds after police left my piece of mail was giving. These employees have no care in the world that they are working for the United States post office, and I am apalled with the ways that this business is being operated

They really need to work on their customer service, at least provide help and not attitude! Unfortunately my zip code is appointed to this location, otherwise i would go to a different one!

I wish I could give this location 0 stars! I mailed out a package from this location a week ago and I’ve been given updates on where the package was, to my frustration my package has YET to be sent out and is still stating that it’s at that location. I’ve already filed a claim and when I called the location to see if I could get my package back and have it sent out through another location the man I spoke to on the phone was really rude and got loud with me. Stating that my package wasn’t there without even checking, and telling me to call the customer service number which I’ve already done. This package is priority and I feel this location is known to either lose packages or not care about the mail that’s being sent out. I HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE else to send out your mail than this location!

Yolanda was super helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and helped me through step by step. First time sending mail and thanks to her it was a grateful experience.

Customer service is not very good for Hispanics in this place. Come prepared to receive some dry answers, you come here and you won't be able to leave with some very clear information that you need.
