Im mad asab how they stole my package. The manager/supervisor whoever literally sat on the phone, wrote my address down, told the driver bring her the package when he/she get back to the building, made sure she told me she was sending it today just for it to be 2.5 weeks later I’m calling no answer, I escalated my case now they not calling back about my request number ?. Yall sick and broke in that post office and it’s really messed up how y’all stealing people stuff! Karma’s a hard one though!

These people are horrible human being one of their employees hit my husband car she was being dumb driving like an a blind person the manager gave my husband the wrong number to contact them to fix his car because they have their own insurance

I dread when my packages are being delivered with USPS from the 1801 Polk St location as they are shown as delivered- left at front door/porch, but nothing is there or it's either left outside at the mailboxes for people to steal them. Been reporting this issue for forever and nothing is ever done about it. Sad that people/or the delivery folk can't be trusted. Somethings got to change.

I left my package at the USPS office on April 5, 2024, my package is an priority express mail, I put it on the correct envelope and I paid the correct fee with you, today my package remains at Hollywood 33022 postal office, It must be on Chicago by the next or two day delivery, but is still in Florida, I went three times to the post office lookin for information on what's happening with my package, I asked to talk with the manager, and all the employees ante manager said they can't do anything about the issue, I asked to get my package back, the answer was the same, I asked about get my refund, same answer, the point is that inside the package were an important documents Please I need my package back or to be delivered as soon as possible.

The people at the passport station are very unprofetional. They only accept 4 walkins in an hour but take an hour with one Customer. The guy named Yoshi and the other woman that work with him are very incompetent, they take their sweet time with each client so that they do less. They don't care about the customer. They got only one person doing passport and they take forever. What else can u expect from a goverment led agency? Everything government led is trash.

BIB BIG PROBLEM. I HAVE REPORTED TO THE INSPECTOR AND NEXT TO THE POLICE.. 2nd mysteriously missing package of mine gone in one month.. yea okay!? You will be caught thief.. I hope there are cameras on the truck:. The nerve to be a delivery driver and steal peoples packages sickening!!

We came with 2 months old baby to apply for the passport. On the official website they said walk ins are welcome on Friday from 1-2pm. We came with all papers at that time. It was no line and no people. But the worker said that she can’t take us because it’s only 4 people for walk ins. On the website there’s no information about it! She saw that we came with the baby and he was crying but she just left to her staff room and slammed the door in front of us and baby’s face. Very angry staff, they can’t work with people!

This post office the worst the carrier do no read they can no see a big sing that said put the pks inside the box because if you leave a the doorsteps will we stolen, if you call to complain no one pick the call and if you go there they don’t take your complain and you lost your money for what ever you bought.
