I’ve been traveling so much and using my Go Pro and I accidentally broke a small piece that covers the the mic. I was in the neighborhood and seen the sign “Tech Shop” it was a sign from heaven lol.I spoke to Michael he wasn’t to sure if the device but he informed me to just come on in to get an assessment and was kind enough to wave the diagnostic fee.When I arrive, I met Eric and he ultimately re-insured me that it could be fixed and to come back the next day so the piece will dry off completely!I’m pleased to say that it went smoothly and I’m super happy with the final results and the service itself. It was only $20 which is reasonably price and of course I tipped. Thank you again guys!

Super nice, helpful and honest owner. Took in a couple of ipads with issues - he advised would cost more to repair than replace, and even later sent me an ebay link! Very reasonable battery and screen repair rates.

Owner Michael knew what he was doing. I went there to ask why my external hard drive stopped working. He was able to get into the hard drive, but unfortunately, all my pictures had been lost, and I have to buy a different, better one the next time.

Mike took the time to really listen to me, and was able to get my computer, cell phone & printer (even though my printer was at home!) communicating properly again, while I waited. I tried everything and went everywhere and no one else could help. Definitely recommend, and will go straight to Hollywood Tech next time I have computer/phone issues ( and you know I will ? )

I called Hollywood Tech Shop when I had a problem with my laptop and they gave me free estimate over the phone,When I got there they verify the estimate by looking at my laptop.They fix it in 24 hours and the laptop now works better than before.I highly recommend this place, best place in Hollywood with the lowest price.
