Highly recommend US Lumber. Super friendly and helpful. I went to all the major companies that we see on TV everyday and non of them were as helpful or gave me the time of day to earn my business. Each time I went to US Lumber they were so helpful. Juan went out of his way to find a floor for my stairs that would tie in to work with my existing tile downstairs. This is the only place I would go for my flooring. Friendly staff and always a smile when you enter.

Dealt with Darlin the sales manager. She wanted to charge me 5% extra for using an American Express. She claimed her merchant account t charged her the additional fee. I know that's a lie because the going rate for PayPal which is the top of the market for merchant fees is 3%. I asked for a discount t if I paid cash. She said no. Completely ridiculous to tell me that she was already offering a cash discount in the price and then raise it when I present a credit card. If you want to deal with honest people that don't play games and insult your intelligence go somewhere else.
