Terrible service and lazy , brought in a box that fits ups requirements and they did not take it because they just simply said it’s too much work. I had the label in hand. Go to any other ups where they actually want to work.

We had a huge freight shipment of about 30 boxes, and Robert went above & beyond in helping us getting it prepared and shipped. He made an extremely stressful situation much easier on us with his excellent communication and superb customer service!

Terrible customer service. I had an item arrive damaged and they wouldn’t accept the return because they delivered the damaged box…. There solution was to go to another location.

I love that this UPS store opens at 8:00 am on the weekdays because sometimes I work at 8:30 am, and this gives me time to drop off my packages! During one of my visits, this lady was holding up the line, and there was only one employee on shift. Instead of waiting for the line to get longer, she kindly asked the lady to wait to the side and took care of me and the other people who already had their packages ready. She was very professional, assisted everyone else in a matter of seconds, and then helped the other lady with her issue! I wish more UPS employees would do this because people like myself like to drop off our packages and leave as soon as possible.

I use UPS a lot, and I cannot say enough about the associates at this location. They make things quick, easy, and they always are extremely accommodating when it comes to my crazy requests. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, so it is refreshing to receive such consistently great service. There are always multiple associates available to assist customers, and I am always greeted with a smile and great service. Even their owner, Robert, is customer facing and always has a quick solution to any request you could possibly have. It is evident that the associates at my UPS store truly care about providing the best customer experience possible, and they never miss the mark. Keep up the great works guys!

Locked up earlyEdit: I see the owner's reply, but the doors were locked at 6:25, the open sign was turned off, and I did not see any employees. I did not knock because the lights were off and the doors were locked, to me that indicates you were done for the day

Not a smooth process like the other UPS stores. I've never had issues with dropping of Amazon packages until I started coming here. A few times, I was notified that Amazon never received the package. This time I actually tried to speak with them about it and the customer service I received was trash. Even spoke to the supervisor and he kept saying "Amazon will give you your credit if you speak to a supervisor". That was weird to keep saying over and over. Makes me feel like they keep some of the packages on purpose because they know Amamzon will compensate the customer for "lost" items. Thank God for Amamzon.

I just had the worst experience from hell. I am utterly disgusted with the service I received here. I was barely greeted upon entering location and when I wasacknowledged the employee acted as if I was bothering her with my questions. Not to mention when she didn’t have the answer she stated my manager will be back in two hours. I politely thanked her for her time and left because i thought I was better off with the manager with this matter. I was sadly mistaken Robert was far worse than Lena the employee. He was greatly frustrated with my simple questions and it was obvious. He then hung the phone upon me. I don’t know why I was treated this way but I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years and I wouldn’t even treat a dog this way. UPS please address this matter with all employees. No one should ever be treated this way. (This was my first review but the owner replied with a comment that had nothing to do with me so below is my response since I’m not able to reply again.)I stopped by the store to ask about a weight question but your opening employee was so rude and had no idea of what customer service is.All she said is my manager will be back call the store. I called back and you were just as rude and hung up. I then had my spouse call pretending to leave a great review just to get your name so how was it you were at a doctors office? Won’t go back and forth with you because you and your employees are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m sure you have cameras to see or let me guess those were at the doctors too? Learn customer service before you open a business. My questions on both occasions were about a shipping cost based on weight. I would be more than happy to come into your establishment with my ID and play the recorded conversation of how rude you are regarding a simple question I asked. Then how your attitude shifted once you thought it was based on a positive review. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost. Ups customers deserve better. I’m glad you discriminate against women with deep tone voices due to being sick. They couldn’t pay me to use this UPS location again.
