Relieved by items in pieces from Kodner Auctions as delivered by UPS Store #0288. The pieces were poorly and inadequately packaged at a premium price. After waiting a few days, I asked for an update and received an ALL CAPS response that I would have to wait and I would be sent tracking information. That was the last I heard until I was informed that my package had been delivered while I was away and ended up in a Michael's craft store for a week. With any prior notice, I would have arranged for an alternative delivery.
Upon further review, I discovered the piece was partially broken PRIOR to shipping without mention of it. I am extremely disappointed with this interaction and the entire lack of accountability. I am awaiting an appointment response.

I just love the UPS On Sheridan Street in Hollywood!! All the staff are so nice especially this very sweet young lady that ALWAYS has a big smile on her face!! Next time I go im going to ask her name because people like her are very Special & I want to acknowledge her! She always makes my day!!

I would like to commend Mark and his team - at the UPS store #0288- for safely and efficiently transporting my new painting home. I bought an art piece at an auction for the first time, and I was worried about using a third party agent. The Kodner Gallery recommended this UPS team, and I am ever so grateful for the great tip. Within a couple of days the painting arrived home after having paid a very reasonable price. They took care of everything. The service was attentive and responsive! Thank you !!!

PSA…If you are looking to SHIP a USPS PACKAGE not a USPS small LETTER ENVELOPE this location does not do so. Whether you are willing to pay for it or not they do not accept it at this location. If you are salty about that then that’s your problem not the store employees problem. Yes every store has the same policies BUUUUT each store is privately own and if they do not provide a service I’m sure it’s for a damn good reason.
PSA….Customers PLEASE do not assume you know UPS policy over the employees that ACTUALLY WORK AT UPS because YOU DO NOT. If other stores do not want to abide by UPS policy ex.: Allowing you to ship two separate packages by taping them together then that is at their own discretion to risk their jobs for. This location upholds to the risk factors and safety of your packages. Thank you. GOD BLESS those who think they are above UPS lol.

They did not know what size box they sold that would be for the UPS ground rate label I had. I had purchased a prepaid label and all they had to do was tell me which box to buy for it. She literally made me try googling the information in front of her, acting huffy that I was taking so long trying to figure out the information she should have known as part of her job. The girl just kept giving me snide looks like I got as inconveniencing her when I asked questions, unable to help me at all. After it was delivered I was charged an additional $20 for the box not being the correct size. The label was for a max of 30lbs, and it weighed 27, so had she known the correct size box I wouldn't have been charged an additional $20. If you're going to work at a shipping store, you're one job is to know how to help your customers with shipping. I always use the post office, but they were shut down that day due to technical difficulties. Shipping the same thing through them would have not only costed me $40 less, but their employees actually know what they are doing and don't act like a total ditz when asked questions. I will never use UPS again after this experience. I highly recommend going to another store in the area if you have to use UPS.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I never write reviews, always give the benefit of the doubt. Not this time! I have been coming to this UPS STORE for years and using them to return stuff that says in my return receipt that the UPS STORE needs to pack it without any box or envelope. Laughing in my face at me after I said that they were So unprofessional. I'm actually going to report them since she said they are privately owned and have different rules than the other ups. Even manager is rude.

Writing a review on behalf of mother. She visited the store today as she was concerned about a package that was not delivered. The man at the counter was extremely rude and did not even check the tracking number. He told her she read the number wrong and to "get out of my store you are trespassing". She came home visibly shocked about this ordeal. We will never visit this store again even though we live around the corner.

Fast to assist so grwat. But I did not have a bag or no to put my item in. They charged me for a $3 bag... Fine sounds good. But when exiting the store I saw $1 bag that would have fit the item. So that make me feel like they mislead me just to gain some money. Be honest people...
