APPALLING. STAY AWAY. This is the ONLY UPS depot that they REFUSE to sign the high value receipt (for shipments with a value over $1000) UNLESS THEY OPEN AND INSPECT THE PACKAGES. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH UPS FOR YEARS, THE PERSON HERE (WHO REFUSED TO GIVE US HER NAME) WILL NOT SIGN THE HIGH VALUE RECEIPT - she wants us to open up the boxes, which are professionally packed, taped and STRAPPED in our warehouse - and pull out the items so she can inspect them! We ship all over the world (Fedex, DHL etc.) and WE KNOW HOW TO PACK OUR PRODUCTS - it is absolutely DISGUSTING that we go to the trouble of packing our products incredibly well, with lots of packing inside, and then we strap the boxes to make sure they are properly sealed - and then we are QUESTIONED like we are criminals trying to defraud UPS! We have filed complaints before - but still it goes on. Other UPS depots do NOT do this - ONLY THIS ONE. We have now notified all our customers that if their shipment is over $1000, WE WILL NOT USE UPS. Two of our distributors have said OK, switch ALL shipping over to Fedex, and we are going to notify our other two distributors - if they want us to use their UPS accounts for shipments under $1000, that's fine - but we refuse to ship ANYTHING over $1000 using UPS, whether they want us to or not. This person at this depot has now lost UPS FOUR accounts. Great job! **UPDATE Just so you know, this has been going on for YEARS and we HAVE reported it several times! We have launched investigations - we're told there will be training done, it shouldn't be happening BUT YET IT CONTINUES.

Lost my package with new iPhone 15 in it. Super disappointed. I’ll try my best to avoid this shipping in the future. Never had such issues with FedEx.

So my package was out for delivery Friday march 22nd then it went missing after.. guess what it was an iPhone, and now it's missing, and ups can't do anything until Apple files a claim.. it Was scanned at this location and them out got lost .. really?? How, when it was our for delivery .. I think it was stolen by the ups worker...

I work refrigeration so expecting parts is necessary for my line of work. I was expecting a package on a particular day. I even had a screenshot of the confirmation. My package would arrive before seven. It did not. I did not lose my cool. No big deal next morning. I woke up early called ups main customer service. They inform me to go to the service center and pick up my package. So I drove to the service center to pick up my package and was greeted by a lady watching netflix on her phone sitting down. She almost seemed disturbed that I interrupted her show. I explained to her. That I simply wanted a package. It was for a customer of mine and she was quick to find every excuse to shoo me out of the door. She said without even getting up out her chair "I can't help you if it's in the truck" I said we'll can you at least look in your system? And oh boy the fact she had to hit pause on her beloved series really infuriated her. She looked at the screen and said it's on the truck can't help. And sat down and got back to netflix ?♂️

My favorite UPS. I pick up my signature required packages here. I avoid the 3 on the way there because they have weird vibes. I like this UPS a lot.

Shipping from Apple was scheduled next business day by express delivery, but was postponed two times and then UPS tracking informed me that “delivery date will be provided as soon as possible”! Unbelievable

I don't know if he works in this center, but just wanted to give a good review to Mike who frequently delivers to City College. Always professional and careful with the packages. Courteous and polite to all staff. Definitely the MVP.

Although the parking lot was tricky for a 26’ box truck the staff was super helpful with my drop off of 80+ packages. We had an assembly line of 4 carts taking them in through the customer service office to the right of the building.Thanks,See you again soon

? ?✋This is wrong this place doesn’t deserve one star it deserves a big fat zero , THEY ARE TERRIBLE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER IF YOU CAN AVOID USING UPS PLEASE DO THEY WILL LOOSE YOU PACKAGE, I PRE ORDER AND IPHONE 15 PRO MAX IT TOOK 2 MONTHS WAITING FOR SHIPPING THEN THIS PEOPLE LOST MY PHONE AND ALL THEY SAID IS SORRY WE DONT KNOW WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS , NOW IHAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE PHONE BECOMES AVAILABLE AGAIN SO AM OUT $1300 AND PROBABLY WAIT 2 MORE MONTHS , MY ADVICE IS USE FEDEX OR USPS.They are full of it you don’t loose packages in this day where cameras are everywhere that is just and excuse.
