I recently had my car serviced at University Auto Center, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of work and customer service. They are genuinely honest and reliable, which can be hard to find in these days.
The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, explaining the repairs in detail and providing excellent advice. Their commitment to doing the job right and ensuring customer satisfaction was evident from start to finish.
If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop who really cares about their customers, I can’t recommend University Auto Center enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance! Thank you!

Love it! Their diagnostic system gives me a print out of all systems checked, problem areas have pictures, and prioritizes the work to be done!! Mike is candid, and helps you maintain your car without needing a 2nd mortgage. Also, none of the games like car dealers. Best to call for an appt, and they have a night Dropbox. ?

I have been going to University Auto Center for many years. When I bought a new car a few years ago, I started to go to the dealer for my car repairs due to the factory warrantee. Now that my factory warrantee is out, I purchased an extended warrantee. The AC went in my car. I went back to Jorge and Mike at University Auto Center. Their customer service and honesty is still the same. To be honest I hated the dealership shop. I am so happy to be back at University Auto Center. They might not be the cheapest around but they are the most honest and respectful shop I have dealt with as a female. I definitely recommend University Auto Center for your car repairs.

Mike the manager was pleasure to deal with. While secondary breakdown insurance was a pain in the butt, Mike worked very well with them. Once he got the ok to start the repair, the job was done in less then 24 hours. The next time my truck needs work that I can't do or don't feel like doing I know where to take it.

I went this morning to Napa Auto Center to get a front wheel alignment & they were checking the Car thoroughly & found that the back brake pads where in need of replacement. As it turned out I was dismayed that since my front pads had been replaced the week before @ the KIA Dealership they didn’t bother to check the back pads as well, (@ KIA) They also didn’t bother to check my cabin filter or my engine filter either! Thanks to University Auto Center, for their thoroughness & better prices.

I took my 2007 Chevy Express 3500 to get an oil change also, to check my AC coolant level and the gentleman was very informative and detailed about that job as well as other projects. Their trustworthiness at this shop gave me the assurance that they will get the job done.
In addition, after they completed the job , the drive performance feels way better and safer than before letting NAPA do the work on the vehicle. The Job performance is very satisfied, I can’t wait to do the other jobs very soon.
