Purchased a vehicle recently from United Auto Brokers, The same car was $3k more at a dealership and had 10k more miles. They went over it, put new tires, brakes, struts, and gave it an alignment. they even replaced the worn shift knob and detailed everything. No hassle purchase. I got a solid car for a solid price.

I found this establishment to be "very shady" in that they would not allow me to test drive the minivan that I was interested in, nor were they cooperative when I wanted to have the battery and alternator checked just up the street, and they blamed me for a cosmetic piece of the interior (sun visor) that broke off when I attempted to manipulate it. I have no plans of returning to this establishment as it was a waste of time and has "rip off" written all over it! I STAND BY MY REVIEW OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

My experience with K and L United Auto Brokers was top tier. Seeing I live out of state, they made the whole process extremely easy for me. From the purchase of the vehicle, to the paperwork, right down to transporting the car to the port for sailing. Absolutely love my vehicle. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER - They scammed me with a car that slowly fell apart a couple of months later - and don’t believe the lengthy reply that the owner gives to every negative comment. It’s just a bunch of excuses to justify how he scams people with broken cars.People like this belong to jail for fraud.Shame on him for ripping people off.

I made an out of state purchase and had a wonderful experience.Special mention to Jose who even offered to take me to the airport before I made a decision to drive the car home.I drove home which is almost 600miles away and had not issues whatsoever ..no funny noises nothing.I am happy with my purchase and would buy again at K and L.The price they show and the price you get the car with is roughly the same.Thank you K and L United Auto Brokers.
