I have been visiting this store for some time, and it is one of my favorite places to shop, however the person who checked me out today was in a terrible attitude. I just asked her to validate her bill and she just threw all the clothes on the table and started yelling at me; I asked her name and she told me "Yurleidy" and that the rest didn't matter to me. I can understand that she didn't have a good day today, and that's why she was in that terrible attitude, however it's also important to understand that we work with clients, and attention and respect are very important. I thank the girl who served me after her, she tried to calm down her coworker, although she continued to argue. I hope you see that I am a frequent customer and I do not want to stop going to the store just because of the bad attention of one person.

this was the worst shopping experience in a long time. They couldn't be bothered to answer any questions. They wouldn't speak English to me only continuously spoke Spanish and looked at me like I was the problem. Wouldn't let me try on the clothes but wouldn't let you return them if they didn't fit makes absolutely zero sense I would not recommend walking into the store ever.

We were looking for that all cotton shirt on mannequin. There were sold out. We did find a pair of shorts on sale for $7.88. Everything else with a few exceptions are for women.

Zero! Awfully rude associate who had a problem because my girlfriend was simply shopping and looking through the clothes to see which is her size. Commented in Spanish to her co-worker except she does speak Spanish as well. Rushed her out the door an hour earlier than their actual closing time. No wonder this place is going out of business , their customer service is atrocious!

Horrible customer service, employees complained to my girlfriend about her simply shopping and looking to see if her size was there in a bin of clothes. They also rudely asked her to leave 10 minutes before actual closing. All of the employees there are trash and should be fired. No wonder they are going out of business.

The previous review kept me from giving this establishment 5 stars but I went there today on my way to Rainbow to grab some work attire and got 2 cute skirts for $2.99 each and the black outfits were $9.99 each. Very affordable

I used to love shopping here like on god!!! But after today I'm done!! So heres the long post and story. This is trends in Oakwood Plaza. I walked into this store grabbed only 3 shirts to try on. Went to the dressing room area. Waited for 10 minutes to get a room. Noticed no one was there or even worked in that area. I asked around and no one said anything. I went into the dressing room and began changing. As soon as I took off my shirt I had on, I heard someone knock on the door. I said yea!! Ahe said how many shirts do you have? I said six. She said oh ok and walked away. I tried on my first shirt and she said you cant be in there the limit is six. Then I told her I had been waiting for 10 minutes for a dressing room and you weren't there so wait. She tries TO OPEN THE DOOR!! I said now you have to wait. She tells her colleague in spanish to check the cameras and that I was stealing. I said fine check the cameras idc lol. So, after I left the dressing room I explained to her what happened and how no one was there. She said " oh ok we didnt know how many shirts were there". **This is the unprofessional and genuine rudeness in this country along with piss poor management thank god there closing**
