  The shortages in this store are unbelievable. Additionally, cashier Jeicy was rude, slow, and lacked skill. You could spend hours in line waiting for her.

  The store itself was well stocked and pleasant-looking. The staff, however, was a whole different story.
  
  The workers I encountered walked around lifeless, listless, almost zombie-like. They took no interest in performing the tasks. I asked a 'free' cashier where I could find wrapping paper, and she reluctantly responded as if I was interrupting her very busy day. The female who cashed me out was just plain rude. She grumbled and frowned throughout the process, even glaring at me. This was a first for me. Are they not paying these people?

  I did the pick up and an item was missing. After trying to calling them, no one answers the phone then it was as they rejected the calls all together. I'm fine shopping there!

  The worst experience in consumer service that was given to us by a supposed manager named Rafael who had nothing as a manager, it was like talking to a wall, the general manager had to come out and attend to us, working with us because the guy refused to give us a solution.

  I really don’t like giving bad reviews unless necessary. The restrooms at this Target are so dirty, this is unsanitary even disgusting . First time I see this in a Target store.

  No one EVER picks up the phone here. FINALLY got someone to pick up and they put the phone down on desk...almost as if they wanted the guest services phone to stop ringing.

  Well ran Target. Been going here since we've lived in the area in 2018 and will continue going.

  Placed an order at the Target which is not near me but it was the only location with something in stock that I needed. They had a promotion going on spend $100 on diapers and get a $20 gift card. I spent $120 on diapers but the gift card got cancelled so I did not receive it. Tried to call the store multiple times. Tried multiple lines thinking another department would answer. Not a single department at this store answers their phone so I had to find a phone number to Target corporate to assist me since I couldn’t get ahold of the store.

  Waiting for assistance. Used the in aisle prompts several times for it to say “can’t find anyone to help”. Asked passer by employees that state they can’t help because “they’re timed”. You’re timing employees walking from point A to point B? Went to the front desk and they “called” someone on the walkie. Another passing by employee tried to radio multiple times with no response. Finally someone came but could. It find the item that is listed as in stock. So we went to Dicks instead. Don’t time your employees if it’s going to interfere with them assisting a customer.
