Target is a great place with a very good variety of unique products and everything at very good prices. The store itself is well stocked and pleasant-looking. However, customer service experiences vary significantly. Some staff are described as friendly, super nice, and prompt to offer exceptional service and possible alternatives, making shopping pleasant. A specific manager is noted for always having a great attitude. Conversely, other workers are criticized as lifeless, listless, and plain rude, with reports of them grumbling, frowning, and glaring. A common complaint is that there are often long lines at the register, with not enough workers to speed up the payment process despite many registers being available. The experience seems to depend heavily on which employee is encountered.

I come to this target every morning to get a drink from Starbucks and Rosemarie is always there to help me decide on what drink I want that morning lol she is amazing. Keep being great 😊
