“I love love love Key Foods. It is a smaller version of Publix. Exceptional customer service. Jam packed with a variety of shelf goods, frozen goods, deli and even a bakery serving up Cuban coffee and pastries. Very well appointed ground provisions section. Never out of stock with both local and exotic fruits. Always the freshest seafood and a wide selection of meats - not your typical supermarket selection. Which puts them in the number one spot to shop for such items.
There’s always staff available to help in the aisles. I call them soldiers or men in black. They’re well dressed, all in black, and wear earphones for communication with other staff members. When I tell you they’re very polite, attentive and eager to assist, they are. The cashiers are friendly as well. A1 ❤️

“My sister & I just left Publix during our lunch time to grab a Sub. While in line, a woman took her phone & took a picture of me & my sister while carrying her baby because she thinks the tube dress she was wearing was inappropriate. And she shouldnt be dress like that with a daughter. She was going to send it to a group chat with her friends to laugh. NOT KNOWING THAT MY SISTER JUST HAD SURGERY & NOT ABLE TO PUT TIGHT FITTING CLOTHES AT THIS TIME. Also, its been 100° outside lately. There was a staff name "RINA" who saw the woman, she approached the woman to delete it and reported it to her Manager. Rina stopped us outside while heading to the car & she informed us what happened. She shared that she did not want to tell us in the store so she wouldn't cause confrontation between both parties. But she reported to the manager & watch the woman deleted it

“Excellent service and good treatment, variety of offers, although some have the special of the week sign, but when you look at the regular price sign below you realize that it is the same price. They should be more serious about that. Today everyone looks for offers more and that is misleading customers.”

I got a call at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday that they were out of carrot cake and I had ordered this birthday cake on Monday. I thought someone had dropped the ball. So I called the store manager and he's so graciously said he would find a carrot cake for us. He called back 20 minutes later said he found a carrot cake and he would go pick it up bring it back to his store and they would decorate it and have it for me at the appropriate time. That is above and beyond the call of duty. In the bakery did such a beautiful job decorating it! Thank you so much Mr store manager and bakery for making this birthday special.”
