Worst service and always a super long wait. Rude and ignores the drive thru.

I don’t know when was the last time management visited this branch but the bankers for services are really bad. They don’t acknowledge you and they take their time waited for an hour.

The Truist Bank in Hollywood Beach is very good. Elena Rodriguez helped us to have a personal loan and for other things. Our English is not perfect and she had a lot of patience with us. She is very very professional. Thank you Elena !
