I was in a bind and needed to replace two front tires asap on a Sun.. Not only were they open but they had my tires.. They even corrected the air pressure after another shop left me jacked up.. They were very friendly and caring.. I will definitely be back for tires in the future and maybe more services

The place he's getting better each time I come the prices are great and Marco IS A Great mechanic and REMARKABLY the service desk is very honest.

I'm not one of those people who think the customer is always right, but it doesn't mean they are wrong either.
I've been to this shop a couple times prior and I honestly feel like their mechanic (older hispanic gentleman) does a decent job with what he is tasked with.
But the customer service makes you question the fairness and honesty of the business.
I went in for an oil change and specifically told the young guy ,2 times in a row, "regular" oil.
He shook yes his head to confirm he understood.
When checking out, The price was higher than expected, when I asked why, the older (black) gentleman said its "high mileage synthetic blend".
But I told the young guy regular..
So older guy goes outside to confirm and comes back with the young guy and says "I never said "CONVENTIONAL"" "regular means synthetic blend"
Followed by "if you ask for regular, Im going to put synthethic blend; its the same"
Conventional is not the same as synthetic blend nor are the aforementioned the same as full synthetic.
Not the 1st time the final price didnt make sense with what was 1st mentioned or the price of the part purchased is found cheaper at most autoparts stores..

Fairly good experience. They serviced brakes within 1 hr on a Sunday; while other places like Firestone would have a 3 hr wait.

This shop is only good for simple car maintenance like oil and tire change. They are severely overpriced for their diagnostic and unlike other shops they don't deduct it if they perform the repair. Two(2) incidents in particular have soured me on this shop. I had oil pressure issues with my truck and they weren't, switch, oil, sensor. They told me a need a new engine and it would cost upwards of $4500. Had a second opinion and the other mechanic rebuild bottom portion of the engine for $1800. Oil pressure issue solve. Another time I had an emergency fuel leak. Figured I'd give them another shot at redemption. Dude quoted me $250 to remove and reinstall fuel tank plus parts. They quoted $1100 for a used tank. I told them forget I'll get it towed. They still wanted to charge me $250 for the removal. The other mechanic shop fixed the damage they did in removal and charged $350 including a new pump. They're basic tree mechanics with a shop. I've learnt my lesson. I'll simply go to the other mechanic and wait until he can fix it.

Honest shop. I stopped in and was quickly greeted by Jimi who was patient and listened to my concern. I got what I needed fixed at a very fair price. They're not over charging and taking advantage of us at this shop ladies. You can talk to them comfortably and feel confident with the situation.
