The truth is I don't recommend it to anyone, they tried to scam me and resell pieces at more than triple their real price. A nice and clean workshop but everything is a scam. They charge you $180 per hour from the moment you enter the workshop and they are very slow, they presume to be specialists. in European cars and I don't doubt it but they are not good people in my case they lied to me they made me waste my time with a repair that they did not want to do and on the other hand they were charging me $200 just for the defect of my car they are unprofessional they do not have good treatment nor customer value, they questioned me and criticized the condition of my car and told me to my face that I did not have money to maintain that car, they would know who I am, I imagine that for these reasons they do not have many clients, it was my worst experience with a mechanic I received obscene insults when I left just for respectfully defending my situation. Here we see the lack of respect and lack of professionalism from them towards a client when we all know that one of the most important aspects in every business is good treatment and a good attitude towards a client, We cannot accept this type of bad attitude, especially when we are in the position of guest or client. For me, this place does not deserve a single star. It is just a deceptive, overrated business that is supported in exchange for overpricing and lies to its own clients.

This shop has always treated me great! Any time I have an issue with my CLS550 I always get great service along with education on what’s going on with my car. They are professionals at what they do and always pay a very fair price for the work. Bottom line they are honest, affordable and always willing to help me with all my mechanic needs for my car. I have used them for 3 years already and honestly wouldn’t want anyone else touching my car! 10 stars on these guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Took my car there to fix and interacted with Tino. He kept my car overnight and checked out what was really needed on the car. Unfortunately the repair cost was way too high compared to the value of the car, so I decided to not proceed with the repair. Tino gave his honest opinion on the repair not being worth it. Appreciate his honest6y. If you are looking to fix highly technical issues no one other than the dealer can do, these are the guys that can do it at the best price.

La verdad no lo recomiendo a nadie ,me intentaron estafar y revender piezas a mas del triple de su precio real un taller lindo y limpio pero todo es una estafa te cobran $180 por hora desde que entras al taller y son muy lentos, presumen ser especialistas en carros europeos y no lo dudo pero no son buenas personas en mi caso me mintieron me hicieron perder mi tiempo con una reparación que no quisieron hacer y para contra me estaban cobrando $200 solo por la defectación de mi auto poco profesionales no tienen un buen trato ni valor al cliente me cuestionaron y criticaron el estado de mi auto y me dijeron en mi cara que no tenía dinero para mantener ese carro que sabrán ellos quién soy yo , imagino que por estas razones no tienen muchos clientes fue mi peor experiencia con un mecánico recibí insultos obscenos al irme solo por defender respetuosamente mi situación aquí vemos la falta de respeto y falta de profesionalidad de ellos hacia un cliente cuando todos sabemos que de las aristas mas importantes en cada negocio es el buen trato y la buena actitud ante un cliente , no podemos aceptar este tipo de malas actitudes y menos cuando estamos en la posición de huésped o cliente , este lugar para mi no merece ni una sola estrella solo es un engañoso negocio sobrevalorado que se sustenta a cambio de sobreprecios y mentiras a sus propios clientes

I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with this company today and would like to thank Jovani specifically for going above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my needs. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fair and honest mechanic who has expertise with working on German cars. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead. They try to rip me off, I did my brakes my abs lights came. They said I need a new computer. I found a chip that they miss placed on the floor. Abs got reset. Light went off. For trouble shooting he wanted charge me for $100. I refused to pay, he said he have a doctors bill for $2,000.00. He need to get paid. I didn’t pay $100.00.Please do not go their. Ripping people. I paid for the work they did for AC & brakes pretty high price.I will never do business with them. I hope this will help for other customers not to go their. Never againServices: Brakes
