I bought a Vape, and after a while I discovered that it was not working, I came to change it, and they refused. dude $20 in the trash!!! Previously, there were no such problems in other smoke shops! and he smoked my vape in front of me and said don’t work and I won’t change it! do you think that after a stranger I will smoke this?

Ordered two vapes. Paid 13.95 shipping and delivered in a totally different state. Ask for two more vapes to be sent they keep saying they looking into it. Been a week since delivered to wrong address. I’ve asked for my vapes or refund and I get nothing

Learn to open your store on time! You open at 10AM but I was waiting in the blazing sun for 30 minutes just to wait for you to open. This happens all of the time and I saw 4 customers walk away because you weren’t open on time. Probably not good business just saying

They never work during the specified working hours. They open later and close earlier than the specified time . The last time I waited for the opening until 11:00, I didn't wait and left. This is very disrespectful to their customers . If you don't want to work , close the store , let the other guys do business and you sleep on

Placed an order on line and did NOT give me the choice for nicotine free as it was advertised. I sent them an email stating so and they said NOT to accept package that they would refund. I told them I did NOT want the money just an exchange. They refunded me minus $16 for delivery and we live 45 minutes away. Will never order again.

Theyre selling the replicas of the HQDs. The taste and feeling is completely different than any other hqd ive tried. Seriously ? A smoke shop and selling the chinese cheapest versions. Not even gas stations.
