If you want to roll the dice and allow incompetence to cause your driver's license to get suspended, then transfer your insurance here. Not only do you have to suffer a tag seizure order, when you alert them of the issue, they tell you that you have to wait because you are NOT the only customer. -$150.00 dollars and a lost day at work later, no offer to make it right, but quick to tell you they had email addresses that changed, but ironically they didn't bounce back... Stay away, is my personal recommendation. We changed to another Allstate agent - Charles Peterson, added another vehicle and will sing his office praises... Will post the photo of the renewal fee later and our complaint to Allstate Corporate, for support!
