“I called the store to see if the shoes I wanted to exchange were in my size. Nicole was very helpful she actually looked for my size while I was on the phone to avoid me driving there for no purpose. The store was 10 mins from closing and this lovely young woman waited for me to complete her final transaction. ironically we shared the same birthday no wonder she was generous enough to wait for me. Thank you so much Nicole for your excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting this location again”
