I sent a parcel with this company. The employee gave me someone else's receipt; we could not track the parcel. After my calls, I was told the “correct” tracking number of the parcel, which again made it impossible to track its movement; it was not in the system. I repeatedly called the company and said that we could not find the package. As a result, the parcel ended up in another country, it was delivered to Belarus instead of Russia, and the parcel was opened by strangers. I think that the company's employees were negligent in their work. Over the month of my constant calls, it was clear that the parcel was processed incorrectly and it was necessary to understand this situation.
