I paid for amount at this storage facility and they stole a lot of valuable things during one month rented. Now I understand why they offered insurance against loss . I thought it was in case of an attack or fire against the premises . I didn’t imagine that were going to steal a large part of my of my belongings in this storage , they offered me an expensive lock and I bought it for security purposes , it didn’t work. Unfortunately I noticed the theft at home and once if you remove your things from the storage facility you can’t claim.

We had such a great experience at this location. Darren was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. This company is truly lucky to have him on their team. We came in unsure of which unit would be best for our needs and he helped us understand, took us to see our unit, and checked us out with great service from start to finish. I never thought I’d ever review a storage place, but it was that good ? ?

If I’m being honest, I had a horrible experience until I spoke to Leah at the Sheridan St location. I spoke to multiple representatives and all of them talked me out of the sale other than her and she closed. She was amazing, respectful, professional, and close the deal. Because of her I would definitely be back to renew my lease. So happy about my A/C 10’ x 20’ purchase along with the promotions :-) :-) :-) happy July 4th!
