Not sure how this store is always packed. You walk in and immediately get grilled by a security guard. Then you feel watched the whole time you are shopping it’s very weird vibes in this store. Not that anyone is rude or anything it’s just not a warm welcoming place to shop.. I’ll find a Ross in a better area. The other day security was arguing with a customer because she thought she was stealing and the lady wasn’t stealing. Security got so embarrassed that the lady called her out on it that she started arguing back with the customer. Not sure when this became a normal thing we get you gotta respect people but the customer is always right idc what they say. That’s not how you run a business.
