I traveled all the way from Brickell just for them. Magaly creates the best flower arrangements ??. I even left my wallet behind, and she called me back to return it. Exceptional service!

The best flower place in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale area.
Not cheep, but you get your money worth. I choose my own stuff, and she puts everything together nicely. The wife loves it and that's what's important.

I ordered a wreath for my father's graveside service. It was to be ready by 10:00 the day of the service. When I arrived, the wreath was still being put together. I ordered a white sash with gold lettering. While I was there, the girl was putting glue and silver glitter on a red sash! When she attached the sash to the wreath the glue was still wet and the lettering all ran together! It looked like it was done by a child. I told her it was sloppy and to leave the sash out. I will never use or recommend this florist!

I placed the order on Saturday for pick up on Monday. I was even charged extra because I was told they had to go pick up the flowers on Sunday. If there was not enough notice for the order to be placed, I should have been told that so I could have chosen another florist. The sash still could have been made and spell checked and dried by Monday morning.

I really can’t stress how great their customer service is, I called them on Sunday at 4pm because we were short roses for a wedding, Penia literally came to the store and opened her doors to help. This is the epitome of a stellar small business. Highly recommend!!!
