I have been to this GameStop several times and never had an issue until this week. The employees refused to sell me a product because I didn't want to buy warranty for the item. Never again will this location be receiving my business!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Bought 3 Pokémon items last month online as a gift for holidays with stipulation that you can return at least 30 days after shipment received, came back today and they changed their return policy on Dec 10, well after I had bought my items with the stipulation that I could return them. I got the wrong items, and now I'm stuck with them and can't return them because they changed the return policy arbitrarily without notice, so I got screwed over. DONT BUY

Went in to buy the new formula 1 game and checked online if it was in stock it was. couldn't find it on the shelf. So I asked the girl at the counter. Do you have any of the formula 1 games? N her response was what ever on the shelf is what we have n she went back to the computer. I was also the only person in the store. So I kept looking n asked again. I can't find anything in the f section so I guess you don't have it? (a game that was just released) and she snapped at me n said if it's not on the shelf we don't t have it. So I said ok sorry for bothering you n was walking out she asked if i want the new one and I said yea. She then goes oh yea we have it. (The game we behind the counter n not on the shelf) be carefully if you go here n the same girl is working be careful...major attitude issue... make sure you know the layout of the store to find your item cause asking is a problem

Don’t wait your time the kiosk never works. Charged us twice and gave us the wrong movie. Never dealing with redbox again.
