Rolanda is the most gentle phlebotomist on the planet I think.... The whole staff was extremely nice which led to this room wide hello and goodbye and good morning throughout the whole waiting area...;) office was extremely efficient and it was just a really nice experience because of the staff.

I have an extensive medical history full of problems (1.5 million in billings). Had 7 heart attacks and countless visits to this Quest location on Sterling Road for doctor follow-up blood work. I give this location 5 stars (even more) for friendlyness, on time appointments, easy check-ins. I've been a in-patient in 3 memorial hospitals where my blood was drawn 4 times a day. May I thus add no place beats this Quest team on Sterling in skill. (Oh and I get usually on the next day results online in my patient account).

Deserves a -5 for good measure. I always leave upset and treated horribly.
The employees are extremely abelist and rude.
They mumble and whisper even after I had told them I am hewring impaired. The check-in has been a thing for a couple of years but nothing on it to state if you have a hearing imoairment/disability, are Deaf, visual impairment/disabilities etc. They are also not physical mobility impaired friendly
There is no positive bedside manner or empathy from these girls. They are extremely passive aggressive.
Every time I go here and remind who is drawing my blood I am hearing impaired and ask her to repeat herself, they all SIGH AND ROLL THEIR EYES then speak even quieter.
They have treated me like I am invisible and a burden when I am trying to communicate with them just as much.
If they cannot handle treating or communicating with the Disabled, let alone at all with patients, don't practice or study medical hospitity or any medical career.
