Gary is my name.
I got a call at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday that they were out of carrot cake and I had ordered this birthday cake on Monday. I thought someone had dropped the ball. So I called the store manager and he's so graciously said he would find a carrot cake for us. He called back 20 minutes later said he found a carrot cake and he would go pick it up bring it back to his store and they would decorate it and have it for me at the appropriate time. That is above and beyond the call of duty. In the bakery did such a beautiful job decorating it! Thank you so much Mr store manager and bakery for making this birthday special.

My mom's neighborhood. The customer service is very good. They were helpful to mom when she had questions about her card. She also pays her electricity bill here. The produce is fresh--great variety and nice displays! No complaints.

For some strange reason this store is always out of stock with a lot of items. Cashiers are rude managers are rude.. last time ever shopping here again.

Store is clean, however they are always understaffed in the deli and bakery and the store frequently does not have items people are looking for. Perhaps understaffed isn't the right word. Lazy staff might be more appropriate. The staff, while friendly, will stand around and try to look busy when in fact, they could be assisting customers.

I went to buy something and they didn't help me. The woman with the keys has a very bad smell in the electronic part and I went to the part with the car light bulbs and they are closed and the woman with the electronic keys told me that she doesn't care with their hands and with the tremendous unpleasant smell, with all due respect we have to be clean and more attentive to our Walmart customers. And the customer service woman doesn't care, I'm standing here half a day ago, I wasted the whole time, she made me go twice, and a woman from the cashiers was left alone, relaxed. The last thing she notices is that I take the photo, then if she wants to talk to me and ask me what great employees they should be checking those relaxed gentlemen ?????
