Fantastic customer service and a good selection of liquors, etc. Alexis was super helpful and made my shopping experience an amazing one. Would gladly recommend this location based on the customer service alone.

Who knew that Publix had a liquor store? Although relatively small, it was well stocked & I was able to find what I was looking for.

This store is decent. It is pretty small so they do not have much beyond your mainstream liquor brands. They always seem to have a lot of flavors of these mainstream brands. Basically every flavor on the market. That might be good for some people but I like my vodka clean. No flavors. So not too much to choose from. No craft liquors. They have a few bottles of wine but these are very low end. The employees are always so nice here. Prices are pretty good. I always end up here because Total Wine is very west and this store is just convenient. They sell lottery tickets here but never the winning one for me. :) I will keep trying.

I once stopped shopping there because of the poor management. Then things got better, until they hired a new store manager Natalie. No customer service skills at all and she should never be allowed to work with public and interact with clients. I shopped there for many years until today bringing my dog with me. My dog is fully trained and very well behaved and loved by all employees of the store, except that natalie. Today she threatened me that she will call police on me because I stopped by last minute to get a few items having my fully trained dog with me!!!! Then she insulted me and in front of other clients and employees of the store. Pet owners, take your money elsewhere!!! This store is a shame !!! No, actually all employees there are fantastic, except this newly hired manager natalie. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I stopped by here on my way home from Miami. I planned to buy lottery tickets and this place popped up as a retailer. I also needed to pick up some ingredients for our Friday night rum runners so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone. This was my first visit to this location so I was in the dark about what to expect. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I was taken aback at first because the store was so small compared to other Publix liquor stores I have visited. I started at the rums because that was my priority. Although the store was small, they did carry many options. As I was shopping, several other individuals entered the store. They were limiting capacity so the cashier had to refuse people to enter until others exited. I was very impressed because not many employees in places were doing that. I picked up my bottles and made my way towards the register. The staff member greeted me again and made some small talk. I requested the lottery tickets and gathered everything to leave. We said goodbye and we wished each other a good day. If I need staples again, I will visit here in the future because it was a pleasant experience.
