We were shopping, and also looking at our son, and it was not the right way to address a customer, anyway, we finished our purchase and decided that we do not go to this place anymore, we do the shopping online from home or we go to the adventure mall or to another place(Original)Pésima experiencia,somos clientes de esta tienda,siempre que vamos compramos varias cosas para mi esposo y mi niño de 3años,ese día todo lo que buscábamos no estaba en la tienda,un chico moreno muy amable nos estaba haciendo con la orden online,más todo lo que habíamos comprado en ese momento en tienda,mi niño, como un niño ,estaba jugando y se metía debajo de las perchas y una señorita,si así se le puede decir,media trabada de peso, muy arrogante,de muy mala forma empezó a gritar que quitáramos a ese niño de allí,que que estábamos haciendo,hello!!!estábamos comprando, y mirando también a nuestro hijo,y no fue la forma adecuada para dirigirse a un cliente ,en fin,terminamos nuestra compra y decidimos que a este lugar no vamos más,hacemos las compras online desde casa o nos vamos al mall de aventura o a otro sitio

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this location. Went in to buy some clothes mind you there was NO other customers and 5 staff. I walk in with my toddler son who is wearing a psycho bunny shirt I see the logo by the door on this sanitation station and I want to grab a pic of him in front of it. We're there for maybe 2 minutes trying to grab a pic before we shop and a miserable tall almost bald employee tells us please don't be near the door because it's tracking customers and so it's counting you multiple times. Why should I care about your internal process? I'm like how would I know that and why should I care. By the way he was SOOOOOO RUDE his delivery. So we left and once again they had NO customers so no $$.

While attempting to navigate the rather poorly marked labyrinth of hallways within the Guitar Hotel of the Seminole Hard Rock I came upon their Psycho Bunny store. Psycho Bunny has a line of clothing and varying accessories that are I find rather whimsical and fun to wear. Though appealing to younger people (I'm 78), the clothing line sort of follows my philosophy that: "You're never too old to have a happy childhood." When I entered the store, I was given a pleasantly warm greeting and was delighted with how the particular Psycho Bunny differed from the other Psycho Bunny stores I've seen elsewhere. This one has, by far, the best layouts and displays. It also uniquely picks up on the theme of the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel with its displays and I think offerings of guitars. It's all quite eye-catching unique and fitting with a Rock 'N Roll theme. Oh, and I ended up with a Psycho Bunny swimsuit as a birthday gift from Beloved.

Horrible attention! Was waiting and was told I would be helped next then they helped someone else. Took almost 20 minutes to ring them up. I got angry and left, try another location better!

It’s approximately 8:45 on the day of April 12,2021I was trying to ask for a polo but it was high up on the shelf and both the workers just stared at me. Poor customer service is what I call it.
