Very unprofessional and rude lady here . Sent in a family member to inquire some information on my behalf since I work out of town .instead of just answering or helping She immediately began to be rude and ask not to show up without an appointment even though for a simple request. This lady Emma only communicated on email but never answers my phone calls neither because she always “busy”.

$50 for a notary services?! It's $10 at amscot or ups. I guess everyone has to make a living.... But you're literally asking for $50 to sign a piece of paper!
