Dr. Fuestes and his team, saved our dog's life. He performed emergency surgery and walked us through the process. She only had a 50/50 chance and she made it. We are so happy and thrilled to have our dog back home. I strongly recommend the Presidential Veterinary Center.

And this day I brought my baby girl for eye surgery. What excellent people I highly recommend presidential veterinarian center my baby girl had the cyst removed from her eye. Very good prices. If you love your furry, bring them here they will take good care of them. They are friendly and loving. Thank you so much.

If I could give Dr.R Ms lunik, Paola and the rest of the wonder staff 10 stars I would. I went to two animal hospitals before them and no one could tell me or my daughther what was wrong with my grand baby cherry. We wasted money just for them to say oh I think she needs to go to a 24 hr er when they could have told me that just by looking at my princess she was slumped over and out of it. So after googling and came across Presidential Vet center we rushed cherry over to them and upon arrival, Paola immediately rushed her to the back, starting IV to get her back hydrated within hours. I’ve seen so much improvement of my baby. She was so helpful with informing us of what was going on. They did inform us that she will need an emergency surgery which we agreed upon and they were so helpful through the entire process. Cherry came out of surgery doing so much better. She had an overnight nurse on site to watch her during her stay. After four days she was able to go home. They were so kind and helpful that they are still texting to check up on her and to make sure that everything is OK. I am so grateful that I took the chance and allowing them to save my grand daughther. Cherry is doing so much better. She’s eating and gaining her weight back and her energy level has gone up. I just want to say thank you to the entire Presidential veterinary center for everything you’ve guys have done. We will be making you all her primary doctor. Once again. Ms. Lunik Dr. R (the surgeon on site) Paola and the assistants thank you so much there are no words that can express the gratitude we have and cherry thanks you as well for saving her life. ???????????I truly recommend Presidential vet center .

WARNING ⛔️ WORST NON LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT (GHETTO) Starting From the Manger She is this Very Hostile ,Crazy LADY ! All I did was tell her about a concern I had about my dog & the way her assistant was handling my dog had me highly upset ! So she came in and Started screaming at me not to disrespect her girlfriend I was like is this really happening with me standing there with my sick baby! Avoid this his place like the Plaque !!LITERALLY No One speaks English , Luckily I speak Spanish as well ! There only concern is $$$ NOT Your pet ! I had the most scariest experience! PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE!!!

Great first experience overall. The staff was right on time for my scheduled appointment. They were all pleasant and caring. Dr Fustes was on point with a diagnosis, which he explained both the causes and treatment options. No shady upselling tactics like some of the other local vets, just the facts. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Do not take your pet here, we brought my senior cats here multiple occasions and euthanasia was not only recommended for every ailment they had but there was multiple other issues. They kept my cat overnight and did not call us back for pickup when they said they would, did not update us in any form, and we had to physically go and ask for our cat back. When we did receive her back from a surgery for a cyst on her face, she was left bloodied and with an open wound. When diagnosed with renal failure, they did not aid her pain in any way, unlike other vets we sought help from in the future. Furthermore, they prescribed subcutaneous fluids to a cat with a heart murmur which could potentially kill her due to her condition and did not find the cysts building on her teeth despite multiple checkup and visits. They recommended euthanasia for our cat due to constipation, he has lived two long and healthy years since. One cat was misdiagnosed for renal failure, taking her to another vet that was not the case, but unfortunately it was too late. On top of that, they refused to answer our several phone calls for our X-Rays that we paid for. This is not about financial issues either, we paid the full amount necessary to help our cats in every way they recommended. Both of our cats passed away. I truly believe there was more they could have done to at least ease their pain. When moving to another vet, we have not had nearly as many issues and our last senior cat has received all the medical care he needs at a fraction of the price.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place I have ever gone to, they simply DO NOT KNOW what they are doing. If you have any care for your pet, please do not go here. Look at the other REAL reviews, if you are still considering this place, I urge you to look at how the owner responds to his upsetting reviews. Besides his grammatically incoherent responses which could just be a language barrier or carelessness, they are personal, rude, and dismisses many of them saying they are "false" and "set up by friends". A side note, if people are telling their friends to also put a bad review it's probably for a reason. I fail to understand why this place has 4 stars on google but my assumption is all the other really fake reviews saying this place actually does its job. If you want more detail please look on yelp where they have a somewhat accurate 2 star rating.Separate side note, I am disappointed you don't remember me. But sure yell at me in your reviews if it makes you feel any better and call me whatever you would like.To anyone reading this, I sincerely hope you see how unscrupulous his responses are.

Do not go there! I learned the hard way you get what you pay for. They are cheaper than most places but they do one wrong thing after the other. First they let my healthy poodle die over a dental cleaning, they left her too long under anesthesia, of course time they took calling me to see if I wanted to remove 8 teeth, hellooo $$$, it was only a cleaning! Then, I gave them another chance, took my cat there sick (symptoms had just started), they charged good money for a lot of tests, found nothing, sent her home with meds. Two hours later, the cat was literately dying, ooppsss, we forgot to make this other test, and the med made it worse…another over $1k to be hospitalized! She made it thanks God! 5 months later, they convinced me to adopt 2 cats, allegedly they could be separated, I asked and they said they were fine and healthy. Three weeks later, one of them was sick, took him there, the first thing the doctor said was “Oh I trmember him, he is the one that was abused, had a surgery bc he had this and that problems…”, and so on. Then brought me the estimate for $3,700 if I wanted to save the cat!!! Hellooooo, you should have told me he had those issues and let me decide whether I wanted to take the risk and adopt him first!! Not fair, not nice! Me and mu daughter were already in love with the cat!! All I could do was cry non stop, but sisnt have that money and they didnt even offer to help since it was their bad… obviously, stopped going there, period. Definitely, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Se que esta app es básicamente usless para los reviews, casi todos usamos Google, pero después la experiencia que tuve anoche en esta veterinaria, como manejaron mi emergencia, el precio tan justo,la empatía del doctor y la asistente, y sobre todo como salvaron la vida de mi Sasha literalmente, tenía que buscar cada website que me dejara poner un review. Tienen 24 emergencias, con un cirujano disponible, la última vez que Sasha tuvo un incidente en VCA tuve que pagar casi 4 mil dolares..abusivo!!!!!Anoche se auedo hospitalidad por 3 días, con un doctor y un tech 24 horas..incluyendo tratamiento $1000..no lo podía creer, y puedo visitarla, el lugar de tratamiento esta super limpio..organizado..equipamiento moderno..Hay que se justos, no me asusta leer un mal review porque se que hay personas que van muy tarde a tratar sus mascotas ya cuando no hay solución y esperan un milagro, y la medicina no funciona así. Y en lugar de tomar responsabilidad prefieren y a google y dar un mal review..Yo creo lo que veo..tome el riesgo y valió la pena
