The worst customer service ever, the service over the phone horrible they never have a English speaker and they close phone on you ore they put you on hold till the call gets disconnected.I will never come back and never recommend to nobody this place.

I got there at 9:50 on a Saturday night in which they’re supposed to be closing at 10. The security card will not let me in the store and when I told him I was just getting a case of water, he turned around and ignored me and continued his phone call on the phone so then I called the store customer service. They told me they close at 9:45 and I told them I just needed to get some water for my children And the woman says sorry we close at 9:45 and I said that’s not what the door or the website says they need to be reported to corporate .

Absolutely unsatisfied with this store . They close at 10 pm but had all the carts locked by 9:15PM!! Security would escort you out if you had a shopping cart ! Absolutely ridiculous

This supermarket is very expensive. I ended buying nothing after comparing their prices with other places near by. There's a small Russian supermarket one block south and the prices are cheaper.

Great little local grocery store. The product selection is not very wide, but they have the basics that you need.

It was too expensive. I rather go down to Miami and shop their where the price are reasonable. You can not drink in there. So if you're pregnant like me and need to take a sip of the water in your carry-on water bottle that you came with, you'll be told by the security no drinking or eating.

I go every morning on Sundays to get fish, everytime ever since for 6 years they had helped clean the fish and I give 15% of the fish value in tips for doing so. Today I Dec 2nd 23 when I get my fish put them in a bag a place it in the counter the lady that was behind literally scolded me by saying: DONT PLACE THAT IN THE COUNTER CAUSE IS STINKY FISH ( not nice on their behalf telling customers they fish stank). I asked her kindly to clean the fish for me and she replied: I just will cut the tip of the tail as that's all we do here! I persuaded her that am a regular customers (go there 3 times a week) and all the time I buy my fish they help me to clean it, so she grabbed trowing a tantrum and started washing it. At that point while she is getting ready to clean it I started to walk away from the meat department to get some chicken on the display freeze when I hear the other girl shout: DONT CLEAN THAT FISH HE IS GONE!! I turn myself to her and told her: am not leaving mam am going to gran some chicken, so she shouted to me from aisle to aisle: YOU ARE AN ABUSER !! IT IS SUNDAY MORNING AND TO EARLY FOR THIS !! a was shook !! Just waited, pick up my fish and left. You shouldn't treat your customer like this, specially the loyal ones. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and she did not seems to care, I left frustrated.

Poor customer service especially for non-Spanish speakers. There are two prices for the flyer items advertised, one the original computer price and then the flyer advertised price which is actually only adjusted by the cashier but only if when they ask you, " do you speak Spanish ". you answer, " yes " then they adjust the price. if you say ,"no". the manager will say you pay what's in the computer or you don't want the item , they say," forget the price on the flyer.". it's a bait and switch thing. Flyer prices are for Spanish speakers only. The workers laugh at the disabled and try to run over slow walking senior citizen. If you don't speak Spanish don't go.
