The reviews of this place just made me crumple up an offer from the bank that offered me $200 to open an account there. I am beyond annoyed at just reading about long wait times and bank employees on their phones while people wait. Thank you everyone for your reviews. I will never use PNC bank.

Been a long-time customer and have watch the branch go down in the dumps. I have been waiting over 20 mins to make a deposit. I have 10 plus accounts including checking businesses and credit cards and I will be closing all my accounts.
