i have to say working with Branch Banker "Julie Sapienza", was amazing. i had a real complex boat sale transaction involving a large cash wire, and she guided me thru the process painlessly, and with a friendly smile to go with it! this OUPV skipper sure appreciated the excellent service. For some reason this bank only has one teller all the time. Long lines with extensive wait times. They need to do a much job. Every time I come it the same thing. FIX IT! Management needs to do a better job of staffing.

This PNC branch is wonderful frfr ….As soon as u walk in ,Angel greets immediately and help u to the great teller that they have ….first one is Isabel ,Omg she is great always give wonderful advice,and Jessica never disappoints..she always fast and get you what u need with no problem.truly love the branch and wish they get an award or raises because they really deserve it ….happy client thank you

Went to open college account with son. Outrageous wait. We have 5 accounts and a business account here. Got to watch the greeter and 2 teller chat on the payroll while 4 groups waited for a banker. Bad business, bad management. Went to Wells Fargo where we also have accounts and we were serviced right away.

Isabel most definitely merits a pay raise. I recently opened my business account around five months ago, so when I went in today to purchase some checks, I was a little confused by the procedure. Isabel took it upon herself to make sure that whatever I needed was taken care of, without hesitation, despite my uncertainty and displeasure. Her diligence was appreciated, and I hope that her superiors are aware of the great impact she has at this branch.

Clara is a real professional and a subject matter expert. When my husband and I opened our account, we had a fantastic experience with her. She made us feel at ease at the branch. Furthermore, we appreciate her keeping us informed on the progress of our applications for additional services. It was a relief not to have to call for information and instead to be called with an update. It speaks volumes about her character and her incredible qualities. We feel confident in our decision to bank with this financial organization based on our experience with Clara.

When I first walked in the atmosphere was calm but happy...Ms. Isabel was working diligently and very helpful very cheerful you could tell she care... but Esther was the highlight of my day... I came in with high hopes but new there was a possibility of denial but she helped me greatly... she not only found options for me but she helped me pick what account was best for me and my situation... if I was rich after today Esther would be too....I fought to hold back tears but she didn't judge me even when they fell... she comforted me and let me know everything would be okay.... THANK YOU ESTHER, YOU HELPED ME SEE THAT GIVING UP IS NEVER AN OPTION....

When I walked In, david was very rude when I said hey I have an appointment. He said what's this about I said I spoke to a woman online I have appointment with her. He was like hold on asked around then I peaked my head in the room to the woman on the phone she recognized me I sat down. Then she looks at the check (she did her job correctly in my eyes and very sweet I told her that) she takes the check to an old woman wearing red, and they were having a discussion asking the teller about the check I can hear them talking about if it's fraudulent. I go over and she says I can't cash it I won't get my funds til Monday (it's Saturday) and then said some other stuff and said "I'm sorry if I made you feel like we thought it was fraudulent I'm checking on things on our end to make sure everything's okay for your sake.... I'm like yeah you did make me feel like that. Then once she checked on the check I called the company and said hey I'm having a problem here at the bank attitude changed and I took the check s d opened account with the helpful woman on the beginning: she helped me open an account. The bank can't get my funds... isn't that what a bank is for??
