I highly recommend this location's pool service. I originally started using this service because I was unable to keep my pool from turning green despite my best efforts. PJ, the owner, came out to my location personally and not only kept my pool in excellent condition but also diagnosed a larger issue that had been keeping it from staying clean for years, which was related to my skimmers not working. He resolved the issue and got the skimmers working again and without any additional charge and my pool has been crystal clear ever since. His service has been perfectly dependable and effective, and at a very reasonable cost. PJ is a great guy and is someone you can trust and depend upon for all your pool needs.

This place is under new ownership. PJ is the owner and he’s great! Carlos also works here and he’s always been great. I used to see him at another location.

Bad customer service. I don’t like giving bad reviews because I’m a business owner too, but I gave them 2, 3 and 4 chances. I called to say that the pool tech wasn’t cleaning my pool, I have cameras: he comes in and goes out in 7 minutes. I called, I send and email, I called again and nothing. I hope you don’t charge me this month because I cancel the service. Thank you.

Extremely poor customer service. The blonde overweight girl has zero personality. As a business owner that looks for scams and poor customer service this is definitely a place to avoid. The guy who was there had no idea what he was talking about. If your automatic pool cleaner is clogging you need to take it in for repairs or replacement.. Avoid at all cost unless you’re into total garbage service.

Why do they advertise 0900 opening, when they open by 1000 everyday? You want to succeed in business but you don't like working at it…OPEN AT 0900! Means OPEN AT 0900!

The worst location in the entire south Florida. Disrespectful staff. Manager never at the store. Pool technician do not come out for weeks. The will be taking your money for monthly pool service and service one week out of the four. When you call to report the issue the staff hangs up the phone.

As a small local Hollywood pool repair contractor I use pinch a penny all the time. The staff is friendly and Javier, is very knowledgeable with parts and equipment. He goes above and beyond to find you the parts you need. If it needs to be ordered, in most cases they come in a day or 2. Prices are good and if your in east Hollywood this is the place to go!Best WishesMatt

Showed up to get some supplies for a client. Location is deserted. Signs have been pulled down. Lot not touched in ages, landscape is overgrown, phone rings to a cell phone now. Closed. Sorry, just go to another location.
