Unfortunately I did not get the name of the young man who immediately greeted me & offered to assist but after calling I was told it is Seth. He also price checked an item. Additionally he was friendly and carried my purchase out to my car. Excellent customer service! Thank you for my first time shopping experience at the Dania location.

Called over the phone to ask if they price matched petco. I communicated the price they are matching is a reschedule price and not a one time and they said "yes take a picture and come by" i get there and the manager says otherwise. Wasted 30 minute drive to be put in an ultimatum of buy it or dont. No customer service to even ask for the other employee who told me yes to come speak. The manager says "i dont know who you spoke it" its only 2 people working there, him or the other lady. Embarrassing establishment.

They are always welcoming and always greeting all customers as they enter. Unless they are close by. And it doesn't matter whoever is working at the time! They are very friendly and always knowledgeable and very helpful. The account is under William Lockett. But we are the sidekicks, Toy Chihuahua 6lbs max, or they are overweight! This is my favorite pet supermarket. I always deal with the assistant manager. Every time I go there they always have the cat food I need treats and other supplies. The service was great and I was able to check out and leave in a small amount of time

Baught some guppies from here and by the next morning they were all dead and killed everything in my tank. I will no longer be buying fish from them. They sold me very sick guppies.
