After they consistently insist to me to come over the dealer i went and in less than 5 minutes they said they cant finance me. Why waste people time like this?Before that i stated multiple times, sent information and bank statements in order to make sure that i would qualify and people kept asking me to go over the dealership. (Thats all they do).I saw another reviews with saying about scam and really seems that they do, even if they eventually dont. They should respect people time and avoid to waste it.A week ago i got qualified by Westlake.So if you looking for finance, on my experience, i wouldnt recommend this dealer. Look for companies that valuate you and your time

Horrible customer service. Very hostile and defensive when asking simple questions about the vehicles they sell. The listings they have on Facebook marketplace are all false with the wrong prices and mileage. Stay away from this place unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected. Also they made it seem like I was wasting their time because I asked how many miles was on the vehicle before going to the dealer.

This Dealer scammed me out of 5000 dollars, I went because of a post on Facebook, when I got to the Dealer they raised the value of the car by 4 thousand. The same day I took the car in, it had a problem, they never gave me a response, they didn't solve the problem. They gave it more than 5 extended warranties that are not necessary. AND THE PERSON WHO RATES THIS PLACE WITH 5 STARS IS A NEW BUYER, WHEN A MONTH GOES BY AND YOU REALIZE WHAT THEY DID TO YOU YOU WILL REGRET, THE SELLER'S NAME IS ❌ CESAR❌, an HP in person. THE MANAGER IS AN RUDE SON OF HIS MOTHER, THE TIMES I WENT TO HAVE THEM ANSWER FOR THE PROBLEM THE CAR HAD, HE SAID THAT IT NO LONGER HAD A WARRANTY AND IT HAPPENED THE DAY FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE. THEY BLOCKED ME FROM ALL THE PHONES AND ALL THEIR SOCIAL NETWORKS BECAUSE THEY BLOCKED ME FROM ALL THE PHONES AND ALL THEIR SOCIAL NETWORKS BECAUSE I CLAIMED WHAT WAS MINE. YOU WILL PAY IT WITH HEALTH ❌❌❌never go there…❌❌❌
