Their billing department is a joke. Office is dirty. People not friendly.

Do not do business with this company. I have had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with them for a little over a year.- First of all, they do not have an automatic system of placing orders for your disposable CPAP according to your insurance allowances so that means you have to call them every few months to place an order by phone.- EVERY TIME I called to place an order, they would take down all my information and say that the order was placed...and then a week or so later I would have to call them and ask where my replacements are and they would always say the same thing.."Who ever took your order did not process it." This happened every single time no matter who took my order.- Also, their office is located in a bad part of town and looks and smells dirty on the inside. Anyone who has stepped foot in that place knows exactly what I mean, because they have paperwork everywhere and parts laying around their office. It is impossible for anyone to clean it in that condition.- BUT MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that they sold me faulty CPAP hoses that broke within a week of regular use. They refused to replace the hose and told me that I had to call the manufacturer myself. I would have if the packaging had any manufacturer information on it. It was some cheap knock-off product that had no information on it. The guy on the other end got loud with me and I got loud with him. After I told him that they either stand by their shoddy product they sold me and replace it or I will take my business somewhere else...he told me to NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN and then hung up on me.Save yourself a lot of trouble and headaches by not doing business with them.

The receptionist is great; other staff members not very personable & the office is smoky!

Great service!!! Oxysound employees are great. They truly care for their customers and are always available when you need them the most. I Totally recommend this company !
