Be careful when getting your car serviced here. I have a q60 that was involved in an accident. It was fixed at another body shop. So when I brought it to simply get my car aligned, one of the techs said he couldn't because of "damage" from the accident. Then he tried to sell me parts and service for an issue that was nonexistent. I took it back to the body shop where I got it fixed and they confirmed there was no issue. I then went back to ovidios to see if I can get the alignment again and the same tech still insisted in nonexistent issues that the car had. They once again tried to "scare" me with nonexistent issues on the car and all I wanted to do was still get an alignment. They really wanted to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. If you're a layman and you come here you really wouldn't know. These people operate in a very sketchy manner which actually isn't surprising considering that one of they're most senior techs had a mugshot up on the broward sheriff office page. Stay far away from here.
Edit: so after the reply from the owner, you folks make your own judgment call. I find it amusing that the only thing they can say is that they don't "remember" my car

The work wasn’t bad, but one day one of their employees took too long without reason, and after writing the review, the next time I went, a different Hispanic employee came out to intimidate me at my window, saying, “How dare you come back after leaving that review on Google Maps?”
Never go back, be careful

Payed $180 for 3 used tires and 2 of the 3 were NOT any better than the ones they took off. What a racket. Complete waste of money, with very little miles their tires have become unsafe.

Horrible place went to buy 2 used tires and they kept insisting for me to buy 2 new tires I told them this was a temp solution because I was going to purchase 4 at a later time the owner seemed upset but went ahead a changed them when I went to pay with my card he told me that they only accepted cash for used tires in a rude manner I mentioned that I wasn't informed of this and he told his 12 year old some to dismount the tires and take them off. So I gave him the cash but he denied me a receipt for the purchase and told me not to go back to his shop... belive me buddy I won't. I wish I could put 0 stars . What a way to teach his son how to do business ...

Flew into Ft. Lauderdale and my rental car had a tire going flat. We drove by this tire shop and decided to stop to have it checked out. When we pulled into the shop it started leaking oil really bad from the engine and was smoking. A gentleman named Andrew offered to help up. He pulled it onto the lift, checked out the leak, was honest that it was just an o ring that needed replaced. He replaced the o ring and replaced the tire within 30 minutes and we were on our way. They knew we were tourists and could have been dishonest about the issues or not tried to help us at all. It was VERY reasonably priced and Andrew went way above and beyond to help us get our vacation back on track and in a hurry. Thank you so much Andrew and to the Ovidios tire shop!

Found this tire shop from a friend that had purchased tires for his truck and his sons truck he was so impressed by this family owned and run business that I just had to try them for my truck I was also very impressed by the owner MITCHEL from the minute I arrived I gas greeted very kindly and professionally he gave me several options with different tire sizes a a big selection of rims to fit best prices I have found this will now be my tire and oil change shop from this day forward.
