Worth every penny!Communication throughout was excellent, Frank and Jhon and Joey covered every doubt, provided lots of information that was appreciated while selecting the provider. We moved from Miami Beach (second story apt, art deco - no elevator) to Melbourne Florida. The company provided 3 expert movers, Jeremiah, Gato and Lion. They were extremely professional, took care of our belongings and moved really fast so we could take on the 3 hour drive and finish our move all in one day.I can't thank you enough for the amazing level o service, making what could've been a stressful day, much easier than we expected. See you again in a couple of years!

Want your move done proper? Do not waste anymore time and get yourself a quote from either Jon or Joey. This is what your furniture will look like when you book with OFMS. Big moves with very expensive items can become stressful, especially going long distance. I can assure you that those pictured items traveled with not one scratch on any of them nor on any floors and walls in the homes. Positive crew and most importantly respectful.

I have never had a moving experience such as this one. Backstory: halfway through getting ready to move, I broke a rib and had to find a “packer” to finish that part QUICKLY! Well, quite a bit of money, time and aggregation later, fast forward 3days and it’s moving day! I WAS NOT ready! Our family sent the largest truck that they had and 3guys to load a lg storage unit as well as a two bedroom apartment. They arrived on time, each shook my hand as they introduced themselves to me and the day was officially underway! Out if all of the moves that I have been through, this was the hardest… but the smoothest! It was very hard work on these guys but they kept a fantastic attitude throughout the day and into the night! 8:30 -10-30 pm, with only a small break to eat some lunch! Even after I totally forgot to feed them dinner too! SMH! They were ALL just FANTASTIC! Never heard a harsh tone ir anything negative from any of them!!! Everyone had a great sense of humor and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs them!! If I thought that I was ever going to move again, I’d, hands down, pick OUR FAMILY in a second!!! They made a stressful event into a move that I won’t ever forget! Thank you, guys! And thank you to the guys over at Our Family! I will definitely recommend them to everyone that needs careful, courteous and compassionate movers!!!!

These guys were the best! I had been dreading the whole moving process and had heard so many horror stories about movers, but they were highly rated on yelp, so I gave them a call. John answered all of my questions and told me about their company philosophy and approach, including no subcontractors, W-2 employees only, which was very reassuring. Joey came out to inspect my property that would be moved and gave me a binding quote for the loading, hauling, delivery and offload, plus a separate line item for packing all of my stuff. They were excellent in their communication up to the move, including about a change in the load, since I decided to swap some of the large pieces furniture to bring others instead. The crew that came to pack and load was awesome. I was a disorganized wreck and Jeremiah, the crew lead, talked me off the ledge several times. In the end, he and the other 4 guys, Anthony, Antonio, Chris, and Tim, were fast, thorough, efficient, and kind. They wrapped my furniture and other things like it was their own. The delivery was on time the next day with a crew of 4 including one new guy, Lyon, and they made sure everything was where I wanted it, they took away all the wrappings they had removed in the process. The total cost was $100 LESS than the quote! I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I will call Our Family Moving and Storage. They are the best.

Great company, have had moving companies in NY and FL and this has been the best company I have worked with. Packed, moved, and unpacked my 2 bedroom in 3hours, including the 45 minute drive time. Chris and Doc killed it, super professional, also super personable. Didn't feel like I was dealing with robots, they actually seemed to care about my belongings and getting them to my new house in one piece and without damage.

Shout out to these six men for orchestrating our move to a smaller home. They worked so well together and knew exactly what was needed and how to get it done. I put my trust in them 100%. These guys Jeremiah, Chris, Terrance. Doc, Gato and Gabino. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They performed over and above what I had ever expected.
