DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS PLACE.......they will take your down payment and then repo your car a few months later!!!! They refuse to tell the reason the car was taken. They do NOT credit payments to the account and try to charge an Illegal fee for not having the insurance they want you to have. They also make the fees for the repo company so you have to pay to get your belongings from your car which they know is illegal and will deny that they make the fee when even the tow yard says that they do....Alex is a HORRIBLE manager and is clueless on how to run a company. He is a liar and thief. The "finance department" have no idea how to do math or credit payments. I reported my car stolen and if they even try to sell it, the new owner will not be able to register it because it is a stolen car. These people need to be shut down and may be very soon!!!!!

No matter what, STAY AWAY!!!
These are rebuilt title cars with major damage, twisted subframes, disabled abs warning lights.....
Then one day just before you finish paying it off, you'll come outside & your car will be gone.
They are known to sreal cars back & claim you missed payments.
Then they sell it to somebody else.
That's why you keep seeing the same exact cars in their add year after year.
They steal em back & resell them.
These people are flat out dirt.
These good reviews are all fake.

Do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS !!!! you'll regret it i recently brought a car and literally started falling apart soon as i bought it they have a mechanic shop but i feel its all a scam they sell bad cars and send it to their mechanic to get more money !!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CROOKS AND LIARS HOW THE HELL YOU INSTALL ALL THIS AND NEVER MENTIONED NOTHING TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT ANYTHING . MIND YOU THE CAR WENT THERE FOR SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THIS JUST PROVES MY POINT, AFTER 7500MILES ALL THE REPAIRS ARE ON ME SO YOU GUYS BUY BAD CARS AND SELL THEM !!! THE FIRST WEEK I GOT THE CAR BOTH FRONT WINDOWS STOPPED WORKING AND THE SUNROOF .THE A/C DOESNT WORK PROPERLY . ITS LEAKING FROM THE SUN ROOF. THE FUEL GAUGE DOESN'T TELL THE RIGHT MILEAGE WHEN YOU GET GAS , THE CAR HAD NO BREAKS AND ROTORS ON BACK TIRES . THE LOCK BUTTON DOESN'T WORK TO LOCK THE DOORS INSIDE THE CAR A PIECE OF THE SUSPENSION FELL OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON I95 WHICH IS DANGEROUS , I WAITED 3 DAYS BEFORE THE CAR COULD EVEN GET TOWED TO YOUR SHOP NOT TO MOTION THE TIME THE TOW DRIVER SAID HE WAS COMING DIDN'T MAKE IT TILL LIKE 5 HOURS LATER !!!!!!!!! IT'S ALMOST BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NO CAR AND I HAVE TO CALL Y'ALL TO GET AN UPDATE . I WALKED FROM SHERADEN STREET TO YOUR SHOP JUST FOR HIM TO SAY WE BROKE A PIECE AND WE HAVE TO WAIT AFTER TELLING ME I COULD GET THE CAR EARLIER THAT DAY !!! I'VE SPENT OVER 1500 IN REPAIRS I ONLY HAD THE CAR SINCE JANUARY IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS IF YOU CHECK ALL YOUR CARS BEFORE SELLING THEM WE WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great service. Pick a car and if you have the money down it’s yours. Some parts of the deal could be explained better by the sales person. Like using salvage titles or how they use your down payment. They financed the total price of the car and didn’t finance from the price after the down payment but other then that I appreciate what they did for me and so far my car is great!

Let me just say this to anyone wanting to buy a car at this dealership or any dealership.
when you test drive the car , take it to advanced auto or auto zone while you are test driving it.
on 3/1/2024 i bought a car from nice car inc. i was so excited to buy the car because it came with a warranty. however, i bought the car for $1500 and paid $200 for the warranty so thats $1700 in total. me and my cousin test drove the car for a while. still no issues. on my way home the car started smoking, shaking, couldn't go pass 60 mph. i was so scared i thought the car was gonna blow up like in movies. i grabbed my phone to record. since im far away from hollywood florida where this dealership is i had a mechanic come out and fix my issues he said the radiator had a hole in it and sensors were placed in the wrong spot.
moral of the story is, before you buy a car make sure your getting ur money worth because this was so sad , i would never do this to anyone and it seemed like they didn't care about my well being.

I Bought A 2017 Gmc Terrain over 2 years ago . My sales Person was Jeff. I had no issues, paid off the vehicle in a little over 2 years and Wifey is still driving it to this day. and they offered me another vehicle with no money down, the key is, Pay your payments lol . The ones complaining ,the majority of themn were behind and we all know the best way to get on your feet ... miss a couple a Payments lmao ...Thanks Nice Car
